8.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was underwhelming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Third time here great location
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The walls had stains and lots of screws. Over the room was not comfy.
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect location
Cons: Our room was near a Main Street so a bit loud. One should ask for a room facing the garden.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel and the rooms were quite nice and comfortable. Rooms were exactly as shown in the picture. Staff at the reception and at the Bar was quite helpful and kind. Hotel is 15-20mins away from main center/petit france (where all the cafes& restaurants are), but the walk is beautiful and enchanting.
Cons: Breakfast is the only thing which disappointed me. To some it doesn't matter, but for me its main thing. They didn't had any option for vegetarian. Spread wasn't that great as compared to other Holiday Inn hotels. No toaster, so had to eat cold bread with cold butter, no cut vegetables so couldn't even make the sandwich, we requested the staff but they said 'they can't do it'. At the end, just had cereals and juice (which I always eat at home). Strasbourg has beautiful café and restaurants, so I thought, booking without breakfast is better.

6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast, great selection of food, pastries were fresh, food was good with local specialties. Great breakfast atmosphere with staff present and discret. Overall staff is very friendly
Cons: The hotel looks outdated despise the price per night ( about $250 ). At this price I was expected a more modern / fresher look hotel. Also the menu at the restaurant is ok but the food was pricey and not great. Our waiter however was fabulous, very courteous, smiling and acknowledge able.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness of room and comfort of beds, friendliness of staff and effective service, parking facility although expensive

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice, good breakfast but expensive
Cons: Having a double bed, more central location, better price
1.0 Poor
Cons: It was the worst experience staying at this hotel. For the first night we had to stay in the car in -3 degree temperature as we arrived after midnight which is after the check-in hours. However we would have expected that the hotel provides a pin-code to enter plus place a key in a defined place (which is what happened to us in many instances before) where the hotel staff was more welcoming and warm. We therefore checked in the next day at 7am and informed the hotel of this fact as our booking was also from previous day but there was no concern shown and rather it was told that the check-in times are mentioned on booking.com. The next thing we asked was regarding the attractions discount which is also mentioned on booking.com but the receptionist mentioned that it would be an error as we don’t have anything and will therefore be corrected and updated on the website. The rooms also are erroneously advertised as noise proof while they are not. There was continuous noise from other rooms as well as noise from some works taking place. Coffee in the room comes without the creamers and the bed sheet had spots on it. All in all, we would never go there again as it was one of the worst weekends away from home and mainly because of this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice receptionists, clean and cozy room and even a water cooker with some free tea that we were very happy to enjoy after a walk in the cold=) Also, great food in the restaurant!
Cons: I personally prefer a bigger blanket, but that is a very small drawback=)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely nice and friendly stuff! Super kind and very willing to help. The rooms are clean and tidy as well
Cons: The house is very very loud. When someone is doing steps in the room above yours, you can hear. In the Mornings some one was moving chairs and tables on the higher floors and it was so loud that it wakes you up..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel, very clean, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast.
Cons: They don’t check-in after midnight which is not good.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean. Free parking was much appreciated! Also onsite restaurant with garden seating and $10 breakfast convenient and good. Johann and restaurant staff were very cheerful and helpful. I thought it was a great value. My daughter loved the gummy candy buffet at breakfast.
Cons: Can't think of anything negative.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick checkin, free parking, walking distance from city cebter
Cons: It is a small room but it was also a pretty reasonable price.. bathroom very tight... again it is scaled to the cost so not complaining..

5.0 Okay
Pros: 10 minutes walking to the Central Station, 15 to Petit France. Not the best location, but it could be worse.
Cons: Wifi not working properly, very little natural light in the room, uncomfortable bed, no cleaning service during stay... and quite overpriced, as usual in Strasbourg.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hôtel and rooms look great, warm and comfortable. Little kitchen is a huge plus.
Cons: Was woken up by fire alarm and had to evacuate at 6 am because of someone’s toaster.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Locatio is good just at the tram station
Cons: THERE WERE MORE EQUİPMENT İN THE KİTCHEN (LİKE KNİVES ETC) İN THE PAST.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It's a 15min walk to the town centre.
Cons: The windows in the room could not be opened. Upon entry we were met with a stale bad smell. We ordered a double bed, but it had two smaller mattresses that would seperate leaving a hole in between, which was not very comfortable for a couple to sleep in. Outside the hotel was a tram station, trains were driving by until 12:30am, and they start again around 5am. Not good if you want to have a good nights rest. When we asked for the wifi, they wouldn't give us access to the locked hotel wifi, but told us to connect to an open unsecure network.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect to wander around the city and just at the front door is a tram station. The bed was very comfortable and the room rather large. We were glad that the reception was open 24h, we arrived way later than anticipated but it still worked out perfectly.
Cons: There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so it had a bit of a weird smell. The covers on the bed had a few strains, but nothing major.

The 57 apartments, ranging from 2-person studios to 2-room apartments for 4 people, are air-conditioned and fully equipped. Its location in the heart of the European capital and its regional-style facade make this 4-star Aparthotel holiday residence perfect for business travel or weekends away.
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: We didn’t realise you had to request housekeeping and pay extra for clean towels and rubbish removal so went a day longer than would have liked.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff changed our room when we asked to, and offered us 2 days of breakfast.
Cons: Pictures on booking fo not correspond to the real apartments
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious room, quiet location
Cons: Dripping cistern - feel guilty I didn't report it. It is only a minor issue, but needs fixing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, good sized spacious rooms with many amenities. Sufficiently equipped kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
Cons: WİFİ connection was way too slow, almost dysfunctional. Beds were very hard and not comfortable at all.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable beds and living space.
Cons: Not being able to drive on the street next to the hotel is difficult if you don’t know alternate routes. Limited parking options and the heat in the room couldn’t be turned down so it was stuffy at night.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location is ok. That’s about it
Cons: Terrible property. Run down and worn out. It’s nothing like the pictures. I checked out the following day and found another accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really great. We were given the quietest room possible, it was amazing the level of how the staff took into account our request when booking (we are very light sleepers, and we really couldn't hear a sound from the street or neighbors from our room). The room design and the space in the bathroom was truly outstanding. Everything was perfectly clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast very good! Ideal location, on Place Kléber. Very friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend staying here, it truly exceeded our expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in one of the nicest places in Strasbourg, with everything one would need around - cinemas, bookstores, supermarkets, restaurants and most attractions a few minutes away -the rooms cozy and spacious, the staff extremely kind.
Cons: Lamps over the bed were not offering enough light to read.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. There were pamphlets of the different xmas markets and staff also helped with those, giving us directions. The area was nice and quiet at night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel, clean und the staff is friendly, thank you very much
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the bedroom, the bed and also the good TV. the shower was also nice. Finally, the food in the restaurant was great, my steak was delicious.
Cons: The WIFI in the bedroom was terrible, I could barely use it since the signal was very weak.

Guests can also enjoy the view during breakfast in the connected room. Ensuring the comfort of business travelers w/ its fully equipped meeting room, our hotel in Strasbourg is also a partner of an outdoor gym.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy walk to Christmas markets and cathedral. Room was good size. Great customer service. Good breakfast.
Cons: No view from room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Central location, convenient to walk to Christmas markets, department stores, Starbucks
Cons: No car park access during Christmas markets, dated guest rooms
6.0 Good
Pros: The design of the room is attractive, the room itself is comfortable. The breakfast is rich, but... The hotel is very near to the city center, where we can find very good restaurants, pubs. Even the farest famous part, La Petite France is not farer than 10-15 minutes by walk.
Cons: I asked the hotel in advance about parking opportunities. The answer in fact was useless, because a., two of the proposed underground parking were closed due to the Marché Noel, b., one of the underground parking outside the city was closed on Sunday. Even on the third day finally we've found places in the underground parking of the hotel, but just because I've asked how can we enter, the staff never offered any solution. We were not informed in advance about the cordon - entry to the city center was possible only with permission, but of course we didn't have it first. 800 m far was the closest parking (big luggages etc.)... We've got the permit from the hotel only after the second night, when I've asked them, how can we enter. The staff was not helpful, anticipative at all, they simply didn't give us tips, ideas, solutions. However, even the room is extra expensive, when we arrived we didn't have liquid soap in the bathroom (flacon was dry), and it was not possible to close the door of the bathroom (after complaining the problems were solved). Even the breakfast was very rich, the selection of the foods were good, but once we didn't find baguette, once orange juice, once filtered coffée, once ham, once fruit salad etc. Maybe the staff was overloaded, but for sure, that everytime something was missing, and building the inventory up was slow.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Where it was The staff were excellent
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: location - it is in the centre of the city. Clean rooms, quiet place to stay.
Cons: There is noc facilities for quest (swimming pool, gym). I wanted the invoice only with total sum not mensioned breakfast in it, but it was impossible for them, so next time I will choose different hotel.

This hotel has facilities measuring 2153 square feet (200 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel, nice to stay
7.4 Good
Pros: The Room was great, and the location was great as well
Cons: The restaurant is way over price... specially the breakfast was way to expensive decided to cancelled because its like a cheap continental breakfast buffet but you are paying for 18-20 euros I could have something way better
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, newness, great bed
Cons: No anti-skid on showerfloor
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean small neat hotel, nice room. Nicely decorated pool.
Cons: no cooperation from staff: simple question about possible earlier check-in was answered quite rude, property description doesn't specify clearly that parking is available only by pre-booking. When we arrived and there was no parking available on the property, we didn't even receive an advise where we could park and how shall we proceed (on the streets there was no single place available); pool area is very small and crowded, to get to the pool one must almost step over other visitors; water in the pool is full with something like a chlorine or maybe some kind of another disinfectant because the smell of it is very obvious and skin gets irritated in case of longer contact. Toiletries are of a poor quality as well, I would recommend bringing own products. In the property with a pool area, there are no slippers or bathrobes available in the room, only in the spa area itself, obviously for extra charge. It's not allowed for men to bath in swimming shorts (only speedos apparently), however, nobody watches the wardrobe of customers, because there was clearly a girl wearing underwear, not a swimming suit. The hotel is clearly not able to manage the number of visitors it had over the weekend, would recommend staying there ONLY during the weekdays.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice spa , calm hotel
Cons: Bit far from center
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is great

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and the tram station is right outside that takes you to the city center
Cons: Room a bit small
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Bathroom and toilets were shared. I didn't like it. The room had weird weird atmosphere.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: the bed was comfy? not much
Cons: the toilets were basically portoloos and when the toilet flushed the water went everywhere. there were no fans in the showers and thy were located in the centre of the hotel so felt very uncomfortable going back to my room. we paid an outrages amount for such a horrible exerience. P.S. the staff could not even tell us the correct tram or bus to catch into the city centre, or that the tram was actually out of service!!
6.0 Good
Pros: The decor was fun in the rooms & nice in the wc's & showers. Staff were friendly. 50m away from a tram stop to easy access to the center. Love that we could order food from restaurants to the hotel. The vending machine soup was surprisingly good.
Cons: I mean, look - it's a hostel with shared toilets and showers...so it's gonna get mucky as the day goes on. Bring flip flops to wear in the shower. TRUST ME.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room and bathroom very clean!
Cons: Smells of cigarettes in the room and bedding.

Cons: Our room was a bit cold, although the heating was working continuously and there were no face towels. It would also be nice to have a water boiler and some coffee or tea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: -Great staff. Best check-in I had in years. The lady at the reception (Martina I think it's her name) was very nice and made us feel welcome. Bravo. -Location steps away from the main train station. -Good mattress. Slept like a baby. -Heating system works very good
Cons: -the shower cabin is bad: to small and narrow.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. We liked that we could bring our dog with us to the hotel. The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons: We liked everything about this hotel!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The Ibis Strasbourg is well located in front of the train station and on the edge of the historical city. So that's good. However, they have two types of rooms: standard and superior. Superior rooms cost $10 more; spend it. Standard rooms are tiny and sad with the view of a wall. Superior rooms are large, with a sofa and a nice view toward the train plazza.
Cons: Standard rooms are not pleasant.

Pros: Excellent hotel at the heart of old Strasbourg. Bar welcoming and convivial. Breakfast varied and tasteful. Lovely place to spend one or more nights. Heartily recommend and intend to visit again.
Cons: Restaurant recommendations should be more varied, since hotel does not have a restaurant. There are many places to eat nearby but would be good to have some guidance from the staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Firm bed, soft pillows. A rain shower that really works.
Cons: Nothing.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff were unprofessional, bed sheets unchanged, the hotel is very smell, and was given a room smaller than the room i had booked due to full occupancy of the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for travelling by car, the hotel gave us a document to pass through security blocks due to Christmas holidays, and has a parking. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in a center of Strasbourg, very welcome and helpfull staff
7.9 Good
Pros: A nice boutique hotel in very good location.
Cons: The fire alarm went off at about 2am and there was only one staff on duty that night. The only staff was intoxicated and was incapable to do anything about the incident. The alarm went off for a long while with panicked guests all gathering in the courtyard in the cold. Some guests became so irated and got into argument with the staff. The manager/ owner of the property only arrived much later and the guests had to stay out for almost two hours and only found out that there wasn’t any fire but someone in the building accidentally pressed the alarm button. Neither apology nor any form of compensation was offered by the manager.

With a stay at Pavillon REGENT PETITE France in Strasbourg (Petite-France), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Covered Bridge and 10 minutes by foot from Alsatian Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in Petite France and the location is the best in town. Located on a small river our room over looked the bridge which opened to allow boats during the day. Interesting view. Rooms very quite and clean. Beds comfy. 5 star quality all round. Highly recommend. Especially loved the shower as high pressure rather then a flat dribble like other hotels.
Cons: The shower
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms and the location is good
Cons: We had a early train so we checked out the night before and we asked the reception for a big taxi to be ready at 7 am. The taxi was not ready and when it came after 10 mins of delay the taxi was a normal one. There was no way for us to fit in it. The girl at the reception was not helpful at all plus she had an attitude. She blamed the taxi station but it was not true. Nobody told the taxi company that we need a big car because we have four big luggages. This kind of misunderstandings can happen but I can’t accept an arrogant and careless behavior from the receptionist.

Pros: The view and staff is very helpful and so nice and I will come again for the special hotel

Pros: Great hotel in La Petite France. This was our second stay. Breakfast was good and with plenty of options. Great view over the river from our room! Strasbourg is really nice around Christmas, with all the Christmas markets in the city. The staff at the reception kindly helped us with our luggage when we had to walk out of the Grande Île of Strasbourg to catch our taxi on our way out.
Cons: Getting to the hotel was painful, because the Grande Île of Strasbourg was locked down by the police for security reasons (increased security around Christmas time). There were no taxis at the train station. We had to take a bus, then walk a long time (under the rain) until we were able to found a pedestrian access to the island. We then had all our bags checked by security. Not a great experience. The hotel rate was a bit expensive, probably because our stay was at the end of the year and the city attracts lots of people before Christmas.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nicely decorated, the rooms were clean and comfy and the location was nice
Cons: we were leaving for Zurich and we had a train early in the morning so the night before we went to the reception to do our check out.During the check out we specifically asked for a taxi for 7 in tje morning, for 4 people and that we had 4 large luggages and in the morning the a small taxi arrived and arrived late also 2 of us had to go before and other 2 waited for another taxi.İt was dissapointing to see that they couldnt arrange the only thing we asked for them. And we almost missed our train.

Cons: Low shower head. Smell of bacon in my room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: In a perfect location and very clean. The room is comfy.
Cons: Maybe more complimentary water could be good. And I’ve seen some Asian people at the hotel. When I asked to the front desk whether there are any Chinese people in the hotel (due to the danger of Corona virus), the staff said “I don’t know” and he was over lympathic about it. I still don’t know whether there are any Chinese\ Taiwainese/Japanese people are allowed in the hotel and it is concerning.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Central position, ideal for walking to the main tourist attractions an restaurants. Close to the shops. Very nicely decorated in the main public areas and the staircase has beautiful glass motifs on each floor along with very attractive ceilings and furnishings on each lobby. The lounge is very nicely set out and we were impressed by the decor throughout. Nice touch is the loan of the hotel umbrellas by the main door if it's raining.
Cons: Very difficult to locate as it is on a non- motorised traffic street and the satnav in our nearly new Volvo XC60 was totally useless once we reached the centre of the city. By luck we parked in the correct underground carpark accessed by the tram interchange at the Klber Square And a short walk to the hotel thereafter. The hotel will provide you with a discount ticket for the underground but we were not certain that it worked for us on leaving yesterday morning so remember to ask reception for the discount ticket. We understood that the hotel has its own carparking facility and when we asked about this we were told that it had to be booked at the same time as the room.
