Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff was friendly
Cons: This “resort” is basically subsidized housing. Staff is nice, but if you don’t know French and anything goes wrong, god bless you. P.s. something will go wrong
Poor 1.0
Pros: I didn't like anything about the room, it was poor and definitely not value for money
Cons: I liked the setting
Excellent 9.0

Cons: nothing

Pros: Super cute and clean room with an amazing ocean view. I loved this hotel with great amenities, beautiful private beach and super tasteful restaurants. I highly recommend it!
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: Beachfront view
Cons: Size of the room (too small) The sink was leaking There were no baggage service No elevator for the second floor rooms
Excellent 10.0
At this put you may discover beautiful individuals, exceptionally great nourishment, comfortable room with kitchen, numerous choices of Eatery, I prescribe the Eatery on the shoreline, where you'll select your lobster from the tank, appreciate your lunch at a beautiful sea see and get a amazing benefit from a really pleasant woman and all staff. The inn contains a lovely area and near to Point a Pitre. The shoreline is decent and the pool is incredible. The grounds are huge and well kept up. The shoreline was protected from the wind and in spite of the fact that there were parcels of water sports, eg fly skis, these were worked exterior of the shoreline walled in area so there was no clamor from them.
Excellent 10.0
Very welcome, very dedicated reception staff, restaurant staff always nice. Varied and very good restaurant with half board. Great beach and pools where we always had room. Hotel not easy to find at first, but once arrived, everything changes.Bon home, despite a large area, you find your room quite easily. Very good restaurant with half board. Very nice beach and swimming pools.
Excellent 10.0
This is often a lodging found straightforwardly on the shoreline. The grounds are delightfully kept up with lavish tropical vegetation. The shoreline is behind a protected ocean divider, making swimming simple. There's a put on the shoreline to arrange lunch and drinks. There are moreover two huge pools that were never crowded. There are two eateries on location, and I exceedingly suggest the most one with the buffet. We ate there for supper and breakfast. Expansive new choices of tall quality nourishment. There's too a bar that had live music, so a extraordinary exuberant atmosphere. Our room was advanced and clean, but our sliding glass entryway did not open and we didn’t have much of a see.
Excellent 10.0
Stayed in the Mahogany part of The Creole Beach & Spa, and we believe that this is the best part of the hotel. The room seemed completely renovated with modern furniture and bathroom. The room had a balcony with kitchenette, which was poorly equipped, but sufficient for two persons to cook a simple meal. We only dined once at one of the two restaurants of the resort and the food was good, but slightly overpriced. The bar in the lobby is too expensive. However on the beach you can get sodas at reasonable prices and good pizzas and sandwiches. The beach is nice and the pool is great. We booked a room with sea view, but the view was partly distorted by the roofs of the suites located in front of our building. We also had a good look into the bed and bathroom of these suites. This is something that you might want to consider, also when you book a suite at Mahogany. From the pictures from other travelers we believe that the Mahogany is indeed the better part of the Creole hotel. It could be that if you have rooms in other buildings, and you depend on the hotels' restaurants for dining, you will get disappointed. Nearby there are only few other restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others, but only with the mentioned remarks taking into account.
Excellent 10.0
We had a wonderful stay at La Creole. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful, especially Ingrid at the front desk and Natasha at the tour concierge. They were good at accommodating us in both English and French. The grounds are well maintained on this seaside property. The view of the bay is mesmerizing - we enjoyed watching a trio of pelicans diving for fish along the shore every day. There was plenty of parking at the hotel for our rental car. We rented a car for the week, which was a plus to explore the two main islands, Grand Terre and Basse Terre. The recently opened Memorial ACTe is a must see and only about 10 minutes drive in nearby Pointe a Pitre. The hotel had live entertainment of some sort every night. One night there was a fashion show and other nights the entertainment ranged from jazz to traditional creole dancers. Dining in the main restaurant was a pleasant experience. We found a variety of food options available. This is a family friendly hotel and it was pleasant to see families interacting and enjoying their stay, whether it was at the pool, at the beach or in the restaurant. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly cleaned. The view of the grounds and sea was very pleasant. The grounds throughout are a beautiful setting whether we were lounging at the seaside or dining in the restaurant. We will definitely return for another vacation stay!
Good 7.1
Pros: The gardens and the general ambience. There was ample space at this time of the year. The staff at the reception was helpful and spoke English! The location is great. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The food was not that great in the hotel (try D'lys tropical instead, up the street), the waiting staff was not very attentive, it was hard to communicate sometimes even when asking for a simple thing like coffee with milk. Our room with sea view had a very tiny balcony at which you could only stand so we could not really sit out and enjoy the view.... do not pay extra money for that unless you have seating in your balcony. The AC was not strong and the wifi did not really work..... People including guests were unfriendly.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: - big resort with a lot of wonderful vegetation everywhere - great beach with fine sand, both the beach and water very clean - excellent internet available everywhere throughout the resort (rooms, restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, etc) - nice views - very diversified restaurant, always hase a lot of servings - free gym acces
Cons: - no free spa benefits. I was expecting at least some complimentary services given the paid price - during the weekend it gets extremely crowded, outside people are allowed to enter for free I think, the beach is full of agitation - there is no bathroom near the restaurant or beach, you have to go all the way back to the lounge for bathroom - most rooms are pretty far from the beach - most restaurant waiters only speak French - waiters on the beach always take your drinks from your table if you are a few minutes away (in the water, etc). Extremely annoying, they took my drinks multiple times this way - room cleaning doesn't have a specific schedule, they come at random hours (at 10, 15, etc)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Views across sea / proximity to beech.
Cons: Cost of breakfast
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location is excellent. The bed is very good and the air conditioning works well.
Cons: Breakfast is lousy and cheapy. The rooms are far away from the lobby. No proper bed light to read. The terrasse door does not close.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice hotel complex. Privat beach, nice pool. Good location near the center of Le Gosier. Breakfast expansive but very good.
Cons: Outside of the building is dated, needs renovation.
Excellent 10.0
Mahogany Hotel is well located, amazing beach, clean and the very helpful and friendly staff was great. Service is very good. Food is good too nothing to complain about. This definitely a very good choice for your vacation in Guadeloupe. The pool was nice, although a little busy with people if you want to swim lanes. Fitness center fully equipped and working fine. All in all, we enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the hotel and grounds as well as the professional staff.

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The pool was okay and the location was quiet. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The room smelt musty and the bathtub could not be used. Owner said that they were having water issues( something that should have been mentioned prior to booking). There was no breakfast menu. There was no way to contact the owner once they were not on location. No bar for drinking option. No English choices on the television for English speaking visitors. Toiletries was quoted as included in the price however they only provided 2 very small soap bars for our 3 night stay.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The place is very very beautiful, the breakfast is very good
Cons: Location, a bit far from any restaurant, facilities...
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Pleasant stay, nearby beach.
Cons: Far away from restaurant, really need a car to get some food
Good 7.1
Pros: The host was very nice. Our room was fine. Only thing that was weird is that the shower didn't have a curtain or door so the bathroom floor was soaked after every bath. Breakfast was light (croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea.) You can get eggs but for an additional cost of like 2 dollars. The beach was like a 5 min walk. There are really great hiking trails. The bar on the beach was ok and affordable.
Cons: It is very far from restaurants and anything else. The only place close by we saw to get food was the beach bar and they closed at 6pm. You absolutely need a car to get around from this location.
Okay 5.8
Pros: There is a spacious and relaxing outdoor breakfast area with interesting décor. The garden in general is very nice to look at. The room was quite comfortable, despite musty towels and cupboards and a bathroom in clear need of renovation! I found the owner to be pleasant and laid back.
Cons: Gate shut on arrival with only a phone number to call. My first impression was that the place was abandoned. There are no amenities nearby, so it's necessary to drive towards Sainte-Anne or Le Gosier for food and supplies. The shower was in particularly poor repair with rusted pipes and an exposed wire!

Good 7.0
Pros: The view from the breakfast area was great. Directly at the beach! A quick plunge in the pool after a taxi ride and waiting for luggage at the airport was perfect.
Cons: Pitty they had no earplugs at the reception, nature is all around, what makes it a great location, but hard to sleep
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beach is alright. I asked if I could come back and use their changing room after checkout as I had a late flight, and said it was no problem and I could get a towel as well.
Cons: The room was not that clean and there were ants. It was also a bit run down and outdated. The breakfast was horrible. Baguette felt 2 days old, very hard. At least there was a toaster but still bad. Croissant was inedible, first time I ever spat out a Croissant. Instead of having utensils laying at the buffet, people were using there used(!) cutlery to take from the buffet. The bar and restaurant was closed while everywhere else everything was open. They tried to push their room service dinner for 25€, but based on the breakfast I was happy I didn't go for it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I go here on my return trips from The Netherlands. Have 1 night lay-over in Guadeloupe and this is a perfect hotel for this.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast place was really nice and the food at the buffet was fresh and good.
Cons: The lift was a little small and it was difficult to bring all our luggage’s to the second floor.

Good 6.0
Pros: The location
Cons: So outdated and old! Needs renovation
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Nice sea views from our room. Swimming pool good for swimming.
Cons: It is in need of an extensive renovation. Staff are generally poorly trained. Managers stay in their offices. Facilities shared with nearby condominiums so likely to be crowded when higher occupancy. Food is poor quality and expensive. In short very little to recommend.
Good 7.1
Pros: We got an upgrade to the suite on arrival, staff was nice.
Cons: The restaurant and other facilities are a bit dated- and it is pricey. I am not complaining because we got a free upgrade, but 600 euro price for the suite we stayed in is just too much. In the bathrooms the tiles are painted over etc. It is something I am used to travelling the Caribbean but not for this sort of money. The restaurant is okay-ish but again 90 euros for 2 miniature courses each without any drinks.

Okay 4.0
Pros: View was nice, parking good, bed was clean and decent. An actual hotel, so easy to make a last minute reservation when other plans change.
Cons: The room was very dirty (hair on the floor and many places, stains on the walls. The door panels was rotting away. In need of a serious renovation.. The door to the terrasse could not lock
Okay 5.0
Pros: the location is great
Cons: Staff didn’t could have done a better job on assisting guest
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was nice
Cons: No room amenities like coffee, tea etc
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Value for money, nice breakfast and very cosy
Okay 4.0
Pros: The outside view of the sea and the pool, the hotel from the outside is very nice, but the rooms are not what I expected
Cons: The internet doesn't work inside the rooms. Not good news I heard from the employee and he told me when you want internet, go down the lobby
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is great also the rooms are comfortable. I do recommend the hotel for others.
Cons: Due to the covid situation everything is complicated when it comes to services; ex we couldn’t get coffee except if the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also it didn’t make any sense why the bar is closed. The covid rules are not consistent.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is good, the hotel has a nice pool and a small beach. We had a room with a view on the sea and the garden, breathtaking!
Cons: The rooms are quite old and would need to be refurbished substantially to meet standards

Okay 5.0
Pros: The pool is fantastic, and the staff really friendly.
Cons: The room was damp, moldy and a little smelly. All my clothes sucked up the moisture and were always damp.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Situated on a hill overlooking the marina with lots of local restaurants, the Hotel Village Soleil was a great first night for our trip. Friendly receptionists and lovely pool.
Cons: A little dated.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good position
Cons: Needs to be renovated
Good 7.1
Pros: We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and next to a pretty marina in Gosiier near Pointe a Pitre, the staff was helpful about getting us a taxi and was even up at the desk at 5 30 when we had to leave.
Cons: The rooms were clean but had a funny smell. The pillows were flat. There were a number of doors and a pull over grille to be used each night which was broken. The number of security measures, including the hotel gate, actually made me feel a little more nervous about the area, although there were no problems at all.

Pros: Cleanness of the room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, location,
Cons: The room was not equipped with refrigerator which I found quite incomfortable et there was no place for parking when I had arrived late in the evening, There are no dedicated parking places and there aren"t enough place at all,
Poor 1.0
Cons: Wifi is very poor can hardly connect
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location is great close to lost of restaurants and the beach. Very secure. There is also a casino near by. Its really cheap for 2 or 3 nights stay.
Cons: There are no beach or pool towels. There is not alot of parking if you get back too late you got park far from your hotel. Not suitable for a long vacation.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All you need if you are not planning on staying long. Room is functional but not very large. A nearby grocery shop sells all you need (including tokens for self service laundry + soap) and serves breakfast. Overall had a good night's sleep here at a bargain price.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location though a bit tricky to find. Very good and cold AC :) clean. Bathroom was brand new and had great water pressure. Was disappointed that the wifi was not included bc I was under the impression that it was included in the price.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location
Cons: It's over priced for what you get and I don't think it's even two star but if you're just going to be there over night it will do which is why I stayed there. Lots of good restaurants around and a casino. Definitely check out Safari Pizza just next door!

Pros: Nice pool, simple but tasty breakfast, very close to the beautiful beach where you can see iguanas.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and clean, nice flowering plants , even hummingbirds ! Everything was good . The hotel served a full dinner which was local comfort foods , nothing fancy. The deserts were excellent. This hotel is not for everyone , its 5 minutes to the best beach on the island . It is a 2 star hotel with access to a 5 star beach. Walk to town . If you want more luxury choose a 3 star hotel. Our room was recently redone. New bathroom . Fresh paint. Wifi works well. We chose a bungalow room. Hotel staff speaks english !
Cons: The bed was super hard . There was no refrigerator.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We really wanted accommodation in the centre of Ste Anne but it was a last minute search and nothing suitable was avai;lable. The room offered at Le Rotabas was basic, but met our needs. In fact we booked one night and stated for 3. Breakfast was ample.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Same breakfast

Excellent 10.0
Pros: An amazing small family hotel situated on the Caribbean Coast with stunning view. But not the property and view are the most magnificent things for the hotel - it is the hotel team - absolutely warm and gorgeous people, who treat with such special attention that my stay in the hotel and Guadeloupe will always stay an unforgettable memory in my heart:) Thank you Jeanne, Laurent, Laura & Lucie:)
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location and beach are great. The owner did try. She worked hard to get the leak on the bathroom floor fixed within a day. She also helped us with renting a car.
Cons: Leaking toilet, a shower head that can’t be attached, non existent WiFi in the room, poor communication by the staff prior to arrival. After multiple attempts to book transportation from the airport, there was still no ride when we arrived. The reception is closed a big part of the day. They lock the reception when closed which meant even worse WiFi in the lobby ( no WiFi in the room)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: On the beach. Peaceful. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean.
Cons: We liked all of it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Having every day the breakfast looking out towards the see, with the sun shining... Priceless! Even on the days when it was rainy, the closeness to the sea makes the experience unique. When you're ready to enjoy the day, it's just a few meters to some of the best beaches I've ever encountered.
Cons: If you're out to have fancy dinners or experience new food, you'll have to get on a car and drive some distance. There are enough choices to eat in the vicinity of the hotel, but they're definitely not "haute cuisine".
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location on the beach is excellent, very close to the beaches, restaurants etc. Breakfast was delicious and the view to the ocean was great. Room was spacious.
Cons: The hotel closes early (11-12), so the lobby, bar and staff is only available on the morning.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Access to probably the best beach on the island. Breakfast was also wonderful with fruit yogurt breads and coffee. Parking was available but it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores.
Cons: Power went out the morning we left and with staff offsite we had to leave in the dark. I’m sure it wasn’t their fault but having someone around to reset a breaker would have nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful setting. Lovely breakfast. Delightful host.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly helpful owner, lovely location right on the clean local beach
Cons: Stayed a week and didn't get sheets or towels changed

Mediocre 3.8
Pros: there is nothing to like
Cons: I do not like any thing at Yuka residence. I reserved my stay at Karaibes Hotel not at Yuka residence where they sent me. the bed sheets they provided to us with there bad smell prove that they where already used. Also, the personnel of the hotel said that we can use Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi wasn't accessible at the YuKa Residence, the shower was broking, we did not have water for 1 1/2 day.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location. Many places to have dinner.
Cons: The living room could be upgraded with a couch. And the airco in the living room was not working.
Good 6.5
Pros: They did make an accommodation for my late arrival since the office closes early. Had kitchenette. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: No wifi in room, deceiving from ad, shower handle wouldn't stay mounted so it had to be hand held. Not next to the beach but next to a swamp with a very foul smell esp at low tide.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Ok
Cons: Cleanliness, balcony
Okay 5.0
Pros: Helpful and kind staff of housekeeping and front office .
Cons: Old and lack of care hotel. The room was dated, bathroom was unpleasant with shower curtain which looks and is unhygienic. Not a good Value for money. But good location.
Okay 4.0
Pros: They had a room
Cons: No a/c controller to turn up heat No tv remote tiny room
Okay 5.4
Cons: It was not according to European standards although they charge European prices
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was super friendly and spoke the level of English that I found on the island. The location ist pretty good and provides a view of the sea. It‘s okay to stay for a night, but I would not like to be there any longer.
Cons: The bathroom smelled pretty bad like sewage. The room is tiny. There seems to be a bar or club underneath the hotel. So make sure to bring earplugs.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly staff Despite location, safe establishment with 24/7 receptionnist at disposal. Great wifi and tv service.
Cons: No remote for the a.c that was set at 16°. Strong scent of humidity. One common balcony for multiple rooms.
Good 6.7
Pros: It is very near the Cruise Terminal and amenities.
Cons: Hotel is very basic and in need off a massive makeover.
