Pros (+) The breakfast buffet with omelet bar was great every morning. The coffee shop moved out of the gift shop our last day which was a great improvement. The service in adult lounge was always great and well as the food there. The staff for the most part was very friendly. The restaurant wait staff, the desk personnel, the entrance greeters, the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. W...
Cons (-) The hours for the adult lounge were very restrictive. The swim bar closed at 6pm each night which was crazy. Pros (+) * Excellent service in many areas. * Asian and Buffet restaurants were outstanding. * Room service was great. * Each employee we encountered was very good. * Drinks were okay. * I want to stay if it had not been for the service issues at the 2 mentioned restaurants this would have been an outstanding review.
Cons (-) * The worst part of this restaurant were the Italian and Mexican restaurants. Service was extremely slow in the Mexican (took a group of 10 3 hours from start to finish.) Service was slow and our server was just rude in the Italian restaurant. We went back to the Italian restaurant a 2nd time encountering this same server and he was even worse the 2nd time.
