Pros (+) Staff were unbelievable - we felt like royalty, they treated us like we were the only guests there. Pool was lovely, bar was lovely. Room was exactly as expected based on the description and photos - had a stunning view of the lake. The complementary house boat ride was amazing as well.
Cons (-) Food was hit and miss, the drinks were quite expensive, we had some electrical issues with our room (although the staff did fix this quickly), and we weren't happy with the prices we were quoted for taxis. The location isn't great either - not much around.
