Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, stunning views, and the pleasant pool facilities. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, describing staff as inattentive or unprofessional, and noted problems with cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Some guests found the restaurant experiences mixed, with both positive and negative comments. Overall, while the setting and amenities like the pool were appreciated, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed to meet expectations for a hotel of this standard.
