7.7 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, just opposite to the train station. Room is very small but has been designed to include all the necessary facilities. Plenty of power sockets for laptop, mobile, etc. Wifi was free, reliable and of reasonable speed. Ample provision of tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and a good system for luggage storage in the hotel lobby.
Cons: Noise insulation isn't that good as I could hear people speaking in the other room, etc. The stool for the work desk was not suitable for me to do much work as it was tiring without a back support. Occasionally, housekeeping wasn't to the standard required as I found the same pillowcases with my hair on it, carpet was not hoovered, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, modern rooms with decent beds, noon check out, very affordable price point. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: A little bit more information about the room would have been nice; maybe it's intuitive to others but I didn't realize I needed to put my card into a slot when I first walked in, or that the shower fan was controlled along with the thermostat, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel! Perfect location beside Piccadilly station. Easy to find! Staff very welcoming and accommodating.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location next to the train station. Centre of Manchester within walking distance.

Pros: The huge bed was soo comfy and I loved the big tv with the replaxing spa music. Perfect for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too and I didn't get the chance to try the cocktails but they looked lovely!
Cons: The room was quite stuffy as you can't open the window. I woke up in the night and had to put the AC on as it was so warm.

Pros: Staff were fabulous, particularly the male receptionist (didn’t get his name unfortunately!). He was very warm and bubbly, made us feel welcome right away. He also made a great recommendation for a bar to visit which was lovely of him. Bartender was great too and we were really impressed with the cocktails he produced for us. Bathroom is spacious and overall the motel is very modern.
Cons: Room size is slightly smaller than expected but still cosy. TV doesn’t allow Bluetooth connection or streaming via phone which was a shame as we wanted to stream YouTube or Netflix. Other than that everything else was great.

Overview Reviews
From football fanatics to foodies, business and leisure travellers - Hotel Football Old Trafford offers something for everyone. The 133-room hotel has unmatched views over Old Trafford, and offers an industry leading medley of award-winning service, food, unique bedrooms and event and meeting spaces, designed to take your experience to the next level. Hotel Football is the brainchild of the Class of 92 - a world renowned group of players including Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Philip Neville, united together not only by football and friendship but heritage, quality, ambition and an unrelenting desire to win. Since launching in 2015, Hotel Football has become one of the most talked about hotels in Manchester. In addition to the rooms, it features the restaurant 'Cafe Football', as well as a number of events spaces (many of which transform into hospitality areas on Manchester United matchdays), including the rooftop football pitch 'Heaven' and the Old Trafford Supporters Club.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent as I was there for a football match at old Trafford. I was very pleased to be offered a view of the old Trafford stadium which I didn't think I would get for the price I paid
Cons: There wasn't anything major that I didn't like. The shower in the bathroom was overhead however a shower cap was not provided. The bathroom had some wasted space, as I believe the shower area could have been made as a cubicle and the wall opposite could possibly have a longer towel rail. The current towel rail next to the sink is very small for the towels provided, therefore guest may not choose to keep existing towels for longer stays.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fab modern and stylish free pop and sweets where a nice extra along with the nice coffee
Cons: Everything great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are polite, friendly and overall good experience. Only down side was that the food was average.

Cons: No problems
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location for Old Trafford. Staff were super nice and nice, convenient breakfast in AM.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Prime location next to Old Trafford. The hotel is a mecca for local Manchester United supporters in the early evenings. If you're a football fan, this has to be on your list of favourite places to stay.
Cons: The restaurant and, particularly, the bar are very busy in the evenings. It seemed that most were locals using the hotel as a pub. However, there was no trouble and the atmosphere was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB LOCATION RIGHT NEXT TO MANCHESTER UNITED WAS BRILLIANT ONLY A £7 UBER DRIVE INTO THE CITY CENTRE
Cons: NOTHING APART FROM THE WEATHER
7.4 Good
Pros: Tantastic Manchester United football atmosphere and hype before and after the game
Cons: The beds were a little small and of course on game days it's a bit pricey. They could use a better gym for a hotel dedicated to Sport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Across the road from the O2, our reason for visiting. The bed was comfortable and I liked that the shower was a big walk-in with one of those rainforest shower heads.
Cons: Although the soundproofing between rooms was good, I could still hear too much noise from the halls and other doors slamming.
7.0 Good
Pros: Layout and location of the hotel was good. Food good and value for money.
Cons: Noise level in room wasn't great, added to by extremely noisy guests coming from a night out between 2-3am meant little / poor sleep. Difficult to control, but was a Monday night for business, so didn't expect it.

No alcohol, just some soft drinks, but they are free. A nice touch. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The bar was fine and the staff friendly. All in all, a good experience.
Cons: Very little, in truth. It is a little way away from the centre, but then there are lots of restaurants, pubs and bars nearby.

Pros: The breakfast team were so efficient.... slick even! Great leadership skills and teamwork going on here. Oh and the breakfast was good too.
Cons: We weren't told, and there was no signage to say so either, that breakfast was full in the usual area so overflow was in another restaurant. This meant we were in different restaurants looking for the other. That said we ended up in the overflow and as above the service was impeccable
8.0 Excellent
Cons: My room needed refurbishment. Everything was a little old and tired.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The cleansers were super nice people Dear Madame. Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

Pros: Spotlessly clean with a big, well furnished room. Fridge / safe / robes all appreciated Well situated and easy to find along the river We used the bar / ate in the restaurant once which was lovely - all the staff there polite, friendly and efficient and the food good. The concierge was responsive with providing the things missing from our room on arrival and explaining the wifi etc
Cons: Check in could have been nicer No door staff to help with our luggage, a very curt and cool check in with colleagues not seeming to know who had done what hence our bags were not taken to the room, we were asked twice to pay the £50 deposit... A shame being the fave of the hotel and first impressions do matter.
