Cons (-) 1. Renovation going on. So be prepared for noise 2. I found 3 men in my room sitting on the floor chatting. They claimed to have changed the light fitting and were “relaxing” before they fitted bulbs. They left without fixing bulbs 3. The bathroom had the hinges but no door.
