Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, finding it convenient for getting around. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning cockroach infestations, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or inattentive staff. Many guests were dissatisfied with the bathrooms, noting issues such as lack of hot water, broken fixtures, and poor maintenance. Amenities like internet, towels, and lighting were frequently lacking or malfunctioning, leading to further disappointment. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
