Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and satisfying breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including unprofessional or unhelpful staff and problems during check-in or with refunds. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of dirty rooms and floors. While the beds were generally considered comfortable, room size and amenities were sometimes lacking. Overall, the positives focused on location and breakfast, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
