The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the front desk attendant was friendly. There were dead bugs on the nightstand, a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge, a used bar of soap in the shower, and burn holes from cigarettes in the blankets...I won’t mention the cleanliness of the toilet but use your imagination. Pros (+) Kristina at the front desk was the best thing about that place.
Cons (-) Cleanliness was disgusting, beds, sheets had black hair, towels are around 7 to 10 years old. Bugs all over the place. It really needs to be shut down and revamped.

Pros (+) I really liked how nice the staff were. When we got in, they were resolvong and issue with an upset guest but the staff seemed very understanding and remained professional, which is not always easy. Then my sister and I checked in and while there were difficulties with the debit card we used, they were patient and friendly. We had a few questions and got answers right away. They offered us towels ...
Cons (-) We took the elevator to avoid the trash cans in rhe corner of the stairwell. Other than that bad odor, I reallt have no complaints.
