Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many found the amenities to be new and clean, and some appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of daily cleaning, insufficient towels, and issues with service, such as unhelpful staff and extra charges for basic items. Breakfast quality and room size received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them satisfactory and others noting limitations. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location remains its standout feature.
