Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location, often noting its proximity to Strasbourg and the relaxing park setting. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently described as good or excellent, though a few found it basic. Cleanliness and room size were also appreciated by many. Some negative remarks included a theft incident, outdated rooms, and the lack of an on-site restaurant, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
