Cons (-) Needs new box springs (rm 119 are very noisy). Wash floors as our white shoes were dark brown just walking on room floor. Clean up exterior of trash and weed landscaping. Exterior looking ruff

Pros (+) New updated look to it, clean, comfortable bed tho pillows were small, no toiletries provided besides a weird smelling bar of soap that dried your hands up
