Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests experiencing unprofessional or unfriendly staff and issues with promised amenities. The breakfast also receives criticism for its lack of variety and quality. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service and breakfast are needed.
