Pros (+) The front desk lady (sorry I didn't get her name) was super friendly and helpful. This was our first night in Ireland after a really long travel day so it was nice to have someone friendly greet us. The restaurant dinner was just ok but we were too tired to try to find someplace else.
Cons (-) The bed was way, way too soft. It actually gave my husband a back ache. But the room was clean.

Cons (-) If they had labeled which food was vegetarian, it would have been helpful. I ended up eating a pork dish that was labeled just pudding.
