Pros (+) Bed was loudly squeaky, but everything was clean and adequate.

Cons (-) First non-smoking room I recieved smelled awful with smoke requested an alternantive non-smoking room. Floor, bath tub, and sink were dirty. Remote control was annoying to turn on and switch channels. Overall had a smoking and dirty odor.
Pros (+) Most inexpensive place to sleep in the area. :)
