This place is a dumpster. Had a really bad experience where the room was not clean, very noisy, profanity, and strong smell of marihuana. I would not recommend it to anyone. You can get much better value with other hotels in the area.

Cons (-) The manager was very rude and unprofessional the maid got mad because I refused her services to clean my room since I was woken from my sleep won’t stay or recommend this hotel to anybody

Pros (+) Room was clean and very nice.
Cons (-) It was very noisy not only does it backup to 81 but there is an incline so the truck noise increases because the trucks shift their engines there to get up the incline. I sleep like a rock but I even had problems with the noise. Needed to keep TV on loud so outside sound was drown out. There are about 5-6 brand name hotels in same area all backing on 81 so they probably have same situation. If you...

Pros (+) The room smelled very fresh when we arrived.
Cons (-) Our room was not cleaned the second day. We left at 11:30 am and returned at 10:00 pm. After a long day it was disappointing to return to an uncleared room. We DID NOT have the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and accomodatng
Cons (-) Purposely booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The Jacuzzi was very undesirable due to a loud constant irritating noise. The tiles around the pool were very, very slippery. A definite hazard.
