Pros (+) You get what you pay for and it was one of the lowest cost.
Cons (-) Dirty, run down, chipping paint every where, customer service ok but not great. Really disappointed as I’ve stayed at other HoJos and they have been nice. Unfortunate that this location has been allowed to become so run down.

Cons (-) Staff told me when I made this reservation on the phone that it wouldn't be available but when I drove there it was so there does need to be better communication between the facility and the booking agencies

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) 1) no hot water for showers, we took cold showers. 2) heater didn't work 3) hair dryer stopped working after 30 seconds 4) clothes iron leaked water everywhere 5) breakfast ran out of everything

Pros (+) The location was pretty good.
Cons (-) Upon arrival, I see a sign for a $39.99 a night rate, much less than what I paid and they would not adjust. There were a lot of people at this hotel hosting a tailgating style party in the parking lot. It was a very noisy place. The beds were not comfortable at all. The tub didn't work. The breakfast was not as described. I will not be returning.

Pros (+) It was ok for the price. My girls enjoyed it.
Cons (-) I didn't like that the pool wasn't heated and that was one of the main reasons for going there was cuz they had an indoor pool.
