The staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly and engaging - which isn't always the case in China. The hotel is a good location for all the major sites although it is a little too far to walk. The facilities at the Club Millésime Lounge were very good with an great array of snacks, drinks and food.. There's also a very nice pool that wasn't at all crowded.
