Pros (+) Front desk staff was friendly. Large complex almost like an apartment building so no easy access to front desk. Pub/ breakfast area was smelly, stale air and cramped, room door was hard to deadbolt because it had been damaged ( that should have been enought to send me elsewhere)...outside walkways only semi clean, thermostat was grossly dirty, paint in room sloppy... Pros (+) The restaurant staff is amazing friendly, good food
Cons (-) Front desk staff especially the women are very ride, they lie about my card not going through, the maids are also rude they knock about 4times before check out listen in at door. I have extendedly stayed here numerous times. Only the male staff are well mannered. The women have a jealousy problem

Pros (+) THE BREAKFAST. Breakfast was awesome. Nothin better than a free hot breakfast. The tv was great. The bed was nice, and the shower was very nice as well. Overall it was good value for what we spent.
Cons (-) Getting to the room was a huge pain. We asked where the best place to park was and we parked there, but had to walk from one end of the building to the other and then back again just to get down around the planter, and then all the way to the other side of the building to get to our room with all of our stuff. Cons (-) Booked a room with a pullout couch; arrived from driving 7 hours And had to sleep on the floor. Front desk manager was clearly high on drugs and was no help. This place should be condemned.
