4.0 OK
Pros: they kindly allowed me to store my bags between check-out and my late afternoon flight. the bathroom was very clean. lovely house.
Cons: •WIFI: the wifi internet was super slow, and then shut down entirely. unacceptable in a developed country. •DIRTY: there was a old fan in the room that turned on, but didn't blow any air. the wiring around the fan was entirely coated in dust. disgusting. it clearly had not been cleaned in months, which shows a lack of attention to detail. •CHECKOUT: checkout is at 10am. considering people have afternoon flights, would it really kill them to allow guest to checkout at 11am or noon? i never heard of a 10am checkout at such a small guest house. •ODD: the owner quoted a 7 pound taxi to the airport but it was 8. i don't care about the money, but this again shows a lack of attention to detail considering they must send several people to the airport daily. not knowing the price of such a core part of the stay seems strange.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: On site at the airport, so easy.
Cons: Spartan, but for all that, it's had everything you need and is reasonably comfortable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient, unexpectedly quiet. Great for 1 or 2 nights max. Great if you just need a place to crash.
Cons: Charged me a 20% premium to check-in 2 hours early, when there was plenty room availability. Didn't allow me to turn off A/C.

Pros: Our room was clean and cozy. The food in the pub was excellent. Great beer and pizza, and steak!!! The delicious breakfast was included with the room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are inspired to come back again and explore more of England. This was a layover from Spain heading back to Canada. One night at The Curious Pig In The Parlour has given us some very fond memories. We tell our friends of our stay there. We know some day we will return.
Cons: I have no dislkes to report. We loved it!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location Staff
7.4 Good
Pros: Good service in the restaurant and nice breakfast
Cons: Monorail can be heard through the windows
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Bed was super comfortable. I like the toiletries provided. Breakfast was good too...a really wide variety of options. The hot chocolate for breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Minor details but at breakfast what was labelled as fig compote was actually prunes, the smell of jet fuel was probably unavoidable, but was a bit queasy making, and it would have been nice if the direct access tunnel had been open. Very minor issues, I will stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room, quiet, great access to airport
Cons: Too hot and air con was too noisy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything no
Cons: Nothing
7.7 Good
Pros: Great hotel to stay in if you're flying out from Gatwick. I have stayed a couple of times. Very clean quiet & comfortable. 4 restaurants to choose from and a bar.
Cons: Service in the lobby bar was very poor both times I have stayed, which is a shame, it's a great place for a drink. It wasn't busy but the staff pay no attention to the customers sitting down and congregate around the bar or walk past avoiding eye contact
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Located in the airport. Although I was flying out of the south terminal and this hotel is in the north terminal, it took just a few minutes to get to my terminal.
Cons: Waiting time to get food in the restaurant was 45minutes. There were open tables but did not appear to have adequate staff.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly. Room very clean. Beds comfortable, not sagging in my middle as some are. Excellent location for Gatwick airport travellers. Good restaurants. Priced reasonably.
Cons: They view! But cannot help that. But the large windows were nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I found this to be the best hotel near an airport I have ever stayed in, and for the reason you would not assume. We never heard a plane take off or land this added to the closeness of the airport I give this hotel 5 stars.

4.0 OK
Cons: Wirless did not work, room was very very small including the bathroom. Without having internet it was a huge inconvenience to look at flights for the next day without having data.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Early flight? Missed connection? Travel disrupted? This is a great choice provided it's only one night and the rates aren't higher than the other choices close by. Tiny rooms, tiny bathroom, great bed, very clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Just as advertised, comfortable and functional room at an affordable price, just a couple of minutes away from airport security as well as train station. The space available is quite tight, so don't expect to 'enjoy' it much (even though bed is very comfortable and shower is very nice), this is no leisure hotel, but rather 'get it done' style accommodation.
Cons: After using the shower, the floor is wet so if you need to use the toilet after you'll be stepping on water and then out again onto the carpet. Again, functional but less than ideal. Maybe the floor should be slightly tilted in the shower so it drains/dries quicker.
6.0 Good
Pros: Saved us going out of the airport whilst waiting for our onward flight at 6am
Cons: The shower kept turning itself on and required attention during the night on 3 occasions and I was not inclined to get dressed to go out into the main corridor to utilise the hotels "free" telephone to reception to report the matter. I was unable to turn off the air conditioning fan via the touch screen.Reported both these to reception at 4.30 am as we were leaving. An relatively costly excersise for little rest.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, ease of check in, nice rooms
Cons: Couldn't get online on my laptop, and this was one of the main reasons for choosing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean rooms
Cons: A little expensivep
10.0 Excellent
Pros: With a connecting flight the next day I arrived at the airport after a day of travelling. It was a great place to spend the night. The rain shower was very refreshing. I'm a fan of planes and upgrading to a room with a window was the best decision as planes were flying by. I had a good night sleep and it was a quiet room with a great bed
Cons: I was disappointed to see that there was no USB charging option for my phone. I'm a Canadian and didn't bring an adapter so not having a way to charge my phone wasn't that great.
6.8 Good
Pros: it was IN the airport terminal
Cons: The terminal is DEPRESSING. No WINDOWS! It’s like a little luxury prison cell. There was no private area in the hotel to do online work, went to one of the more human feeling pub-like restaurants.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Central to departures and arrivals and close to eateries and bars. Just perfect.
Cons: Room didn’t have windows which I’m not really a fan of.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff dealt with a problem with our reservation (my fault) quickly and efficiently.
Cons: The room was on the warm side. The minimum temperature setting was too high.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: friendly helpful staff.
Cons: booked through kayak but the booking had not been confirmed I make several phone calls ad stand around for quite along time until Bloc could give me a room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: So convient in the south terminal at gatwick. Clean and everything you need for one night. Didn't hear any planes, which I was worried about.

5.1 OK
Cons: I booked for 2 nights, flight problems lead to me missing my first night and arriving very late the next. On arrival I was lead to believe my booking had been canceled and the hotel was full After 2 hours I was given a room and my booking re-instated. Why was this necessary, I had a booking, I arrived, to wait until 3:30am to be given my room was almost unbelievable.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: The “eggs” at the the breakfast buffet were not really eggs and tasted horrible, but all the other food was great. And the hotel was clean and conveniently located.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: A hotel attached to the departure terminal should be a thing in every major airport. So convenient for extended layovers.
Cons: The AC in the room either didn't work or didn't work very well. The room never achieved the temperature set on the thermostat. The staff attempted to fix it from somewhere outside the room but we didnly notice a change. We were too tired from traveling to deal with it any further and just slept.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check-in was quick and easy, room was very clean and new, despite being attached to the airport it was extremely quiet, and the wifi was excellent. The included breakfast was fantastic - huge and varied - much appreciated before an early morning flight. Also had dinner in the same lounge area the night before and all of the staff who served us were lovely. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.
Cons: The only negative I can come up with is that it is in the north terminal and I was flying out of the south, but that's hardly much of an issue because the tram between the two is all of a 3 minute walk from the hotel door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to Terminal , very quiet room with excellent facilities.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location for an overnight connection. Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast

Pros: The location was the best thing about this hotel if we had know that we was going to be put in one of the chalet rooms we wouldn't of booked here and to make matters worse the toilet seat was hanging off would not stay in this part of the hotel again
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient location to the airport.
Cons: Front desk staff very rude when told about old blood stains on bedsheet, and phone in the room not working to make a call to the front desk to rearrange shuttle time (due to delayed flight out). Is there anything else you'd like to moan about?

Pros: quaint and charming..very friendly and helpful staff..

Pros: Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff is extremely kind and professional, and my room was magniificently decorated. The bathtub was even big enough for me, and at 6'3 that's rare to find. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel grounds are gorgeous and well kept. I hope to have a chance to stay again someday for more than a one night visit.
