Overview of the promotion T&Cs.
Who can enter the promotion
Any resident of the UK 18 years or older who has a UK bank account can enter. Only one entry per person is permitted, and participants must not be affiliated to KAYAK, its PR, ad or media agencies, or have been paid by KAYAK for any social or non-social media activities.
By entering this promotion, you give KAYAK the right to use your first name and city along with information on your travel destination and value of prize to be used on KAYAK’s website and advertising material.

Important promotion dates
The promotion kicks off on 3 April, 2024 and will run through and including 30 April, 2024. You’ll need to have both booked your trip through KAYAK and emailed your booking to trips@kayak.co.uk to enter. KAYAK will draw the winners on 2 May, 2024. If you’re one of the lucky winners, you’ll receive an email from Sarah at KAYAK by 6 May, 2024.
The winners must reply to KAYAK’s email no later than 14 working days after receipt of KAYAK’s email. Failure to do so will result in a new random draw to determine a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries..
What we mean by ‘could be free’
If you’ve booked your flight through KAYAK and you win, we’ll reimburse you up to £1000 for the cost of the flight(s) and any applicable taxes directly connected to its booking that are included in the booking confirmation email. The reimbursement does not include food, any other transport expenses, insurance or miscellaneous expenses made before, during or after the trip.
What we mean by ‘up to £1000’
We’ll reimburse you up to £1000 total for the cost of your booking – whether your booking included one flight ticket worth £1000, two flight tickets worth £500 each, four flight tickets worth £250 each (including taxes and fees)… you get the picture. The booking needs to be in GBP only and depart from somewhere in the UK, and the destination can be anywhere in the world. Booked tickets can both be return or one-way to enter.
What happens when you forward your booking confirmation
As well as entering you in the promotion, we’ll create a KAYAK Trip on your behalf. Don’t know about Trips? Trips is a super handy way for you to manage all the details of a trip. Keep flight itineraries, hotel and car reservations, and even restaurant and activity bookings in your Trip. Share and collaborate on Trips with your travel mates, and get notified if e.g. flight gate changes or delays occur.
