Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
The flight was okay, seats slightly more comfortable than Easy jet, but wouldn’t want to fly much more than 3.5 hours in those seats, hard and uncomfortable for further journeys. Boarding was okay, never eat or drink on Eco airlines, food not good and expensive for what you get. But it is what it is, and for the price one can not really complain.
I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience

Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!
Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.
Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA

because of delays of earlier flights, we did not fly BA to Reykjavik. We booked an alternate flight through Businessclass.
It was the old style business class seats which are a long way from the new ones. Also the pork-free breakfast option is always a bit disappointing!
Everything, every step of the process, from check in, to boarding, to exiting the plane was organized, efficient, and orderly. Excellent experience!
Flight was 3h50 and was only provided with a packet of oat cookies and offered a cold drink. Thankfully i'd had breakfast but for a morning flight of that length some sort of breakfast should be included. There were 2 toilets for economy but due to turbulence we couldn't use them until the last 1hr which meant the queue was then huge. Would've been nice to open up the business one for those closest to the front to use.

The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.
Very late to leave, poor communication on expected departure time and when boarding actually started.

Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff
Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late
It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.
We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us
Flight was delayed so long we missed our second flight. Entire trip had to be cancelled. Ryanair refused to help us.
After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.
Far easier than I expected it to be. Checked in online & had our boarding passes emailed through. Straight through security & boarded on time. No issues.
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.
4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
