Room is very old but big. need to use key to open and close door. Less Facility, only have shampoo with body wash in one . No hand wash soap to wash clothes. People at reception is very nice, location is very good which is close to the market place.

Pros (+) The room was fabulous. We got a corner room and was nice and big. Also I liked that they had fruit in the room, a nice surprise. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay . Thank you .
Cons (-) There is a lot of construction going on in Basel, so we could not use the tram. Instead we used the bus. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the construction is not so peaceful.

Pros (+) Wonderful welcome. Great staff. Excellent location, if coming from the airport free *#50 bus (with confirmation) to SBBB train station, then *free #30 bus (sameSBBB stop) to Spalentor stop. Hotel 2 minute walk from stop. Perfect location, walk to city centre. Staff are so helpf. Hotel is clean and bright. Small bar in foyer is more affordable than outer bars. Breakfast is quite good.
Cons (-) Nothing other than the high price but Basle is expensive.
