Pros (+) The room was clean and the bed was excellent. The location is amazing, close to the train station and everything else. The staff was very professional and I felt welcome. I would definitely stay here again. City transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

Cons (-) - You can hear the sounds of trams. - Nowadays even hotels in Europe offer some amenities, but almost no amenities. No shampoo, no hair conditioner, just all in one liquid for the whole body. - The air conditioner doesn’t work.

Pros (+) Very easy check in and friendly desk staff. We were arriving late from the airport and moving to the train next morning. We had a nice dinner in the Bistro and left early for a train from the SBB.

Pros (+) Smart, modern hotel. Room was a good size. Location is perfect if you are arrive by train and a good location for the city in any case. Was given a pass for free use of public transport during my stay.

Pros (+) Arrived two hours before the check-in time and one of our rooms was not ready, luckily they upgraded it and we could rest immediately. Unexpectedly we received free Basel Cards, it made us have discounts for 3 museums and free public transportation during these two days. Couldn’t be more grateful and excited!

Cons (-) Poor wifi. Not even possible to have access to Netflix home page. Forget about a conference call! Noisy because of the tram station right in front of the hotel. Acoustic insulation could be better.

Pros (+) The location is 10/10. Right across from the central train station and tram lines. This hotel is very convenient, breakfast was lovely and I loved the ease of the connected parking garage. The is an elevator in the parking garage that goes directly to the hotel lobby, however, the parking is not free.
