Pros (+) There is really no staff, which I didn't mind. It's very comfy, amazing location. It's got a liminal, labyrinthine quality. Rooms are quiet like you're in a crypt. The view to the concrete backyard is dystopian, but pleasant. I'm coming back definetely.

Pros (+) Everywhere spotlessly clean and the room and facilities were well laid out, everything was easy to find and use. The room contains a free to use secure safe with simple code instructions. The shower flow was a good strength with instant hot water. The bed was comfortable and the small balcony was a bonus to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Cons (-) Getting to the 6th floor room from reception was a bit of a hike. The duvet and pillows contain feathers so we both suffered with blocked sinuses. Only German TV with limited channels. We booked a 1pm late check out and the staff barged in at 11am interrupting us.

Pros (+) The apartment was perfect, in a great location. Close to train stations and to checkpoint Charlie. Lots of everything in walking distance. We felt very safe in this unit

Pros (+) Excellent location, spacious and well equipped room. Very quiet. Simple but good breakfast dropped off at my door every morning. And I really appreciated the access to the excellent gym a few blocks away

Cons (-) My room wasn't quite ready on time which was inconvenient. I stayed for 5 days so it would have been nice to have at least one clean-up / towel change without having to pay additional fees
