Pros (+) Very nice and friendly staff, and the room is really clean. Only need 10-15 minutes to walk to the grand square. To the Midi train is also just 10-15minutes.
Cons (-) If your hotel could prepare an electric kettle for each hotel, that would be better. Because we wanna the hot water for coffee and tea.

Pros (+) Lovely clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Free bag drop. Reasonable walk into the main city and lots of transport points. Like a little oasis. Very comfortable bed. If you prefer being out of the main tourist area and a bit of walking (15 to 20 mins walk to the big square and beer museum), this is very good value.
Cons (-) This is not the fault of the hotel. The walk from the bus station, if you follow Google Maps, takes you through some rough areas with lots of trash, etc... so you worry a bit about what you've booked, lol. Once there, it's absolutely lovely.
