Pros (+) The only thing that I liked was the location. It was on the beach
Cons (-) The hotel wasn't clean. First of all, there were cockroaches everywhere, corridors, rooms. The staff was very like they didn't care.

Pros (+) Staff were nice - good location right on the beachfront, pool was good, main hotel reception clean and cool. Good they gave us access to get a shower with towels after checkout but zero aricon around that area so we were wet through after shower. Almost negated the shower.
Cons (-) The room was terrible. Smelt really bad coming from the shower - fusty and eggy smell. Everything in the room was damp - the bedding, the curtains. The bedding on the sofa bed was covered in stains and looked slept in already and unchanged. Kids almost efued to sleep in it. All our unworn clothes from the wardrobe had to be washed as they were damp and smelt of rotten eggs. No idea why everything ...

Pros (+) Friendly staff, no long waits at reception, clean hotel and rooms.
Cons (-) I was not allocated the room I had paid for. When I pointed this out I was shown the room bigger room on the grouind floor. It would not have been a sea view so I kept the room allocated. I was disappointed the mamager was not really helpful or sympathetic. It should be pointed out that the bigger rooms are on the ground floor with limited sea view, I think they are mis sold.

This hotel was so bad. The room was so bad. The photos shown while booking are misleading as hell. The pictures uploaded are supposedly from their neighbouring property Vibra San Remo. It shows ocean view but we got terrible backyards of local houses as our view. The lights in the passage to our room had to be self lit and before that they are completely dark and dingy. Pros (+) The hotel itself was very nice, with lovely staff and a lovely Pool area, a bonus of having the beach on your doorstep. We had a very spacious sea-view room. The beds were very comfortable; could've done with maybe a better pillow. Very good Aircon; I also found it nice and quiet at night. We did breakfast only; nice selection. It was a bit of a walk to Sant Antonio; around 30 mins. We always caug...
Cons (-) I would say the only thing I didn't like was having to walk back every night from Sant Antonio. I will say it was a very easy, straightforward way back; you literally just followed the coastline round.

Pros (+) Air condition was not working , for two days we could night sleep. When complained they just said we have issue with air condition and engineer will work on it . Not acceptable at all.

Pros (+) The beauty of the location was amazing . The staff were friendly . The room was ok The bar was good and the bar next door was also good. The swimming pool was good.
