Pros (+) Location is good. Good view of the sea front.
Cons (-) No hot water on the floor we stayed on on the day we were checking out. When we advised reception they they were not very apologetic. It was as if it didn't matter because we were leaving. Difficult to get a drink at the bar. Took around 20 mins to get served Room was comfortable but could do with update.

Pros (+) Lovely swimming pool and surrounding area - steam room etc.
Cons (-) Room backed onto car park therefore no view. Bathroom very dated in need of updating. Service at breakfast was slow, on several occasions I had to ask a member of staff to clear a table. Long wait for poached eggs. Stairwell to swimming pool in need of refreshing - paint work pealing off walls - very tired looking.

Pros (+) It's on the promenade and beach. The bar is a lovely place to chill out for a pint. Overall its a nice place with a great view

Never seen a receptionist sitting in the reception, you have to wait til they finish slacking to come attend to you, and you get hot water from the cold tab????!!!!!! The car park is always loud and makes it difficult to fall and stay asleep. The WIFI is poor and always disconnect itself!
