Pros (+) Seemed a good price when I booked. Location ok for a cheap hostal. Checking in was easy, I arrived late but staff were available to welcome me. Room and bathroom were dated but clean.
Cons (-) Didn’t sleep because of a noisy (possibly broken) water pump somewhere near my room that groaned for 10secs every 10mins. I tried to ride it out, must have slept occasionally, but gave up and went early (7am) to complain to staff at reception. But he did not care, and ultimately he blamed me for not asking to move rooms earlier!

Cons (-) Dirty bathrooms, they smelled bad. Some air fresheners would have been. Beds were rather old, I could feel them springs. Wifi wasn’t always working. Your existence did not matter to the staff at all. Extremely noisy. The walls were paper thin, you could hear noises from next door. There was’nt any security, you could hear doors bring slammed repeatedly. There was a guy and another woman screaming ...

Pros (+) In a good location 10min walk from San Antonio, good use of the pool. Beds ok. Balcony slayed
Cons (-) No air con, bathroom was dirty shower curtain had bloodstains on. Shower also sprayed in about 7 different directions. No air con. Main problem was the dodgey lock, if I hadn’t of been with a man id of been concerned. Also some body knocked on our door at 4am.
