Cons (-) We stayed in Scandic Neptun twice. On our first stay, we had to wait until 5pm (1 hour after the official check in time) to be able to check in!! We were told our rooms were not ready??!! What was funny was that EVERYONE before and after us had managed to check in except us. This was a disappointing experience for us.
