Pros (+) Great hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, good pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bus stops outside to take to to Palma Old Town and beach is in walkable distance. Great location close to the airport.
Cons (-) Breakfast options for those checking out early morning are limited, more vegetarian options required at dinner and not all dishes were labelled so was hard to know what ingredients were in dishes. No water available at dinner and drinks had to be bought separately. Would be better to charge a little more and include non alcoholic drinks with dinner. Pros (+) We liked so much about this property - excellent attentive staff, clean rooms, a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers, great breakfast and dinner options. The hotel was a few blocks from the beach and very quiet in the night (no wake-up calls from the party crowd) which we really appreciated. Daily room cleaning and a very nicely appointed room. It’s a very good mid range hotel.
