Location was great!! Everything you needed!
Had a few problems with our shower and the hot water but just had to have it running a little bit more. One of the mattress springs had gone but as it was a short stay didn’t cause me any problems
The kitchen sink is completely blocked and the water can’t drain, it’s all flooded. We tried calling but couldn’t reach anyone, and the WhatsApp replies were not helpful at all. Nobody actually helped to solve the problem, which was quite disappointing.

The kitchen was not super well equipped. No basics were there such as salt or vinegar. Only few plats etc. But enough for basic cooking, though. Noisy but no problem for me. Alarm went on several times, disturbing, and no info on this was given. The sensor light in the kitchen was broken but maintenance was ready to fix it.
The location was really good, easy to go for bars, restaurantes as well bus stops which are mainly used for tour companies. The bathroom was really nice, and the heater worked really well.
The smell of hot water, we find out that is due to the heating process, but we had the experience of taking a bath in other location that wasn't smelling as ours.
Great central location for the city centre, easy walking distances of most sights. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed.
Noise is an issue, the bar downstairs plays loud music until 11pm every night, I was on the top floor and could hear it. Such a shame as lovely apartments. Needs new pillows too!
Great location, we read several complaints about noise but had no issues with our room.
When researching accommodation to stay, we were at the understanding that there was laundry facilities in the building but there wasn't. Contacted manager and was advised there was a laundrimat not far from the apartment.
