We had a lovely view of Reykjavik. Our flat was on the 5th floor. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a lot of storage for our stuffs. We required fresh towels and they provided them. The location is absolutely amazing,right in the middle of Reykjavik.Yes u can hear the pub music downstairs but it stops at 11pm and the music is pretty great😉 The room is huge and beds are comfortable.The kitchen has everything you need plus we had a stunning terrace which helped us to enjoy our aurora show!!!! The balcony view, allow me to see the Northern Lights
Setup was a bit strange, bathroom very small, kitchen was odd but reliable, bed was comfy, room felt chilly
There have been numerous complaints on this property about noise. I can only review our location. Our apartment was on the fifth floor with a full outdoor balcony access. There was a band downstairs that played nightly, but we cannot hear them from our room. We saw the northern lights from our balcony on two separate nights.

Front bedroom has got shades that leaves to much streetlight in! Our boy could not sleep there!
There are many nice bars downstairs. The apartment has a large north face balcony which you could see the northern lights if available.

Heating problem. Inner bedroom was hot if door closed and noisy if open from noise from street.

That states there a month and right in the 31st when i need it the balcony, they decided to rent it out last minute, when the purpose of the month stay was the balcony , so right on the 31st new years i had to look for another place and it wasnt easy. Other than thar it was alright. I didn’t like not being appreciated.

It was very worn, not very clean. No dish washing facilities like even liquid, no shower gel, no extra bin liners etc
