Pros (+) The front desk staff were great and the breakfast team were perfect.

Cons (-) The hotel is great, however the marked carpet tends to play with you head until you ignore it.

Pros (+) A bit dated, but a huge room with separate lounge area and solarium. Took ages to work out the remote controls for lights/air conditioning/blinds. Very comfortable bed, loads of wardrobe ...

Cons (-) Coffee machine needed in room, only herbal teas provided. Limited breakfast, but the staff were really helpful when more coffee or scrambled eggs were requested.

Pros (+) Amazing location, extremely friendly staff, our room was beautiful. This hotel has a small rooftop terrace it is so amazing - must see!

Pros (+) The hotel is an old Palazzo originally and had an old fashioned atmospere. We had a lovely corner room (205) on the first floor with 2 balconies overlooking a typical old city roofscape - beautiful ...

Cons (-) The carpets in the hallways and our room could do with replacing or a thorough clean.
