Great location ,good food ,staff helpfull and friendly

The room could do with a small fridge

Location was great, the pools are clean and well maintained the food is what you expect for a 3 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with the children.

This hotel needs to decide which type of customers it wants staying there. It seems from the pictures and description that it is a family hotel but do not be fooled by that. We were a family of 6 spread between 2 rooms. The most sleep in one night we had was probably about 3 hours due to the noise levels coming from room parties going on around the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to be placed at the rear elevation of the hotel you will have a street lined with bins which are emptied every morning at 4:30am and certain to wake you up! This is due to the single panel glass balcony doors, there is zero sound proofing! The staff were on side and sent security to shut down the noisy neighbours, but there were just too many of them spread through the hotel to get any peace. We were also told that they separated the party goers from the families on separated floors, which is not the case. The balcony 2 doors up where smoking weed constantly stinking out the air space we shared, and the balcony below where inhaling balloons in broad daylight, not really the behaviour you want around a 10 year old. I know full well what ibiza is about for the younger crowd, I used to be part of it myself but vibra should know that families and party goers do not mix well in hotels.

I was amazed I got a front facing room with the best view. What a pleasant surprise! Amazing location! Very quiet in spite of being so central. The breakfast buffet has everything you can wish for. Last, but not least, the staff was super friendly!

Hard to say, my stay was too short to notice anything bad.
