Pros (+) Hotel was fantastic!!!! we went late March early April so we had a fantastic deal. We were welcomed early and didn't have to wait for our room which was a relief. Pros (+) Location amazing.Beautiful views from the spacious balcony. From the greeting at the reception to the attentive staff during the whole stay couldn't be bettered. We had the breakfast which was delicious and very good value.Short walk to lovely restaurants and easy walking to Ibiza town. Opposite the beach which is spotless. Cons (-) Price-quality ratio - unrealistic. The hotel is old, with an old, sad air, with apathetic staff. The hotel has 7 floors and 2 elevators. The elevators work very hard (they move slowly, tremble, etc.). One did not work for 2 days. I stayed for 5 days. So I used the stairs!!! Congratulations to the housekeepers who were especially nice.

Pros (+) The hotel is ideally placed right by the beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The balcony view gives you panoramic views of the small bay. The city beach hopper boat stops in front of the hotel as well. Great for watching the sunrise (October) Shower had decent pressure and temperature. Fridge in room.
Cons (-) The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests. There seems to be constant noise (people talk and shouting) all night and early morning although it was the end of season. Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in easily and they held our luggage after checkout. It is a convenient location to the shore where you can layout and grab a bite easily.
Cons (-) We arrived during a storm and unfortunately lost power in our room the first day and didn't get it back until the next morning. Some people had power still. Also the doors are loud and walls are thin you can hear your neighbors and cleaning staff which was hard to sleep through.
