Pros (+) Always clean. Nice and spacious. Options of the two pools for kids. Kids slides were great. The choice of pool bar and main bar also good. Easy to park the car. Good to also have the supermarket right next door to stock up. All staff seem to work really hard and care about what they do. Cons (-) Although staff work hard not personably enough to really make guests feel welcome and check in on how the holiday is going and get to know them. This would help with a proper front of house checking and welcoming guests everyday. Then they would get better and more informed feedback. Housekeeping working hard too but doesn’t seem enough of them as our room wasn’t cleaned until after 2pm most days....

Cons (-) Derelict buildings across the road somewhat spoil the location on arrival and not a nice view from hotel room unless you book a more expensive sea view room. Corridors look a little shabby and could do with a refresh.
