The host was very kind and willing to help. The beds were perfect and the shower was good.
No wifi/tv and the manager didn't seem to know what to do about it. No sorry, no 'working on it, no communication. Also I tried to change the date of departure. Here again, no follow up, no communication, nothing. The host who was usually there, made up our beds, made fresh cake in the morning and tried to help. The managers again were not as helpful. Great room - everything you need for a short stay. Best localisation. Big space and big bed, a roof with a view on Valetta. Good breakfast prepared everyday by super nice lady:)
There is no WiFi!!! They claim it is broken but it is not the problem they try and will fix. So they deliberately lie in the offer. I went to work and it was a huge problem. There is no contact with the owner. They do not answer phones, do not read messages and do not write back. I asked about leaving luggage earlier. They respond that I may do it… three days later:)
Nice room. Great view from balcony. Very friendly girl who servses breakfast. She is so warm and welcoming. Lovely pictures.
Wi-fi didnt worked. TV didn’t worked. Rug was not clean. Room had some mooldy smell. Main door was broken, rhe property was unclocked all of the time.

location was central to all tourist spots, ferry and bus stops were nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable
No staff in house. Staff was not repsonsive via booking app. Felt abandones and helpless. The main door was open at all time causing security problems. We were told by other guests that there was electricity issues for over a week becasue of which the front door lock was not working. Fantastic location close to a gorgeous Maltese village with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Our host for breakfast was fantastic and the selection great too. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, very clean and a great view of the pretty road.
We didn't have a toilet rim seat which meant the toilet freshener was exposed - we didn't like this at all. We hadn't read the most recent reviews where travellers had complained about the same issue so it felt a lazy mistake on the owner's behalf. It's not an expensive replacement to satisfy customers. Customer service doesnt exist. Before arrival they asked me if I want a car lift from the airport for 20 Euro. I accepted and told them the time of arrival. They never arrived and I had to organize the transport myself! Also when I left I asked them for the invoice - they send me an invoice with a wrong name - I asked them to rename it - they never got back to me.
Its a nice room and spacious
No lights for the main mirror and the make up mirror lights weren’t working either and made it very difficult to do mu make up! TV was useless as it only had 1 channel and on check out the maid was constantly knocking on our door to come clean the room. She said check out at 10 but on booking.com its noted till 11. She waited behind our door until we left. Very unprofessional!
We stay at the top floor with easy access to the roof, which great for the night views of the city and harbour. Small elevator direct to the room is an extra. Free laundry machine is just outside the room. Bathroom is big one that one can bath while enjoying the view of the city.
