9.6 Wonderful

Pros:The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey.

Cons:I didn’t know I had to pre-order my meals. Also, the entertainment selection was very limited.

6.6 Okay
Tom, May 2019
Pros:Economical premium class with some nice benefits (airport lounge access, larger seats, etc.
Cons:Disorganized check in and boarding process. Two gate changes occurred which meant lots of people trudging around the airport.

5.6 Fair
Joey, Sept 2017
Pros:It was a nice plane. Very clean. Good entertainment. USB port to charge your phone.
Cons:If you get a LowFare ticket you don't get any food or drinks. You have to buy everything and it's very expensive. Even on an 11 hour flight they don't even offer you water unless you seek them out specofically.

9.6 Wonderful
Chad, May 2019
Pros:This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable international flights I have been on in years.
Cons:The boarding lineup in Oslo is a bit jumbled but if that’s all I have to complain about it was a great experience.

8.0 Very Good
John, Oct 2016
Pros:Good airplane and crew.
Cons:Given middle seats for both my Madrid-London and London-JFK legs in Madrid, where checkin was a last-minute rush. Spent 7 hours in London and had no way to request a seat change. Purchased my ticket 6 months in advance and couldn't request seat until day of flight - then not given chance to get an aisle or window seat. Don't think I would use Norwegian again.

3.3 Poor
Jorge, Aug 2019
Pros:Crew was extremely efficient and always worried about meeting customer expectations.
Cons:Flight delayed due weather. Problems when attempted to coordinate boarding. Gate changed twice, everyone confused/tired and at one point unsafe. Airport mgmt did nothing to help, all they did was pushed people around and this resulted in chaos. Poor Boston airport personnel mediocre airline staff

Pros:I flew on the economy class and the space between the front seat and mine is conformable, you can really stretch your legs with no problem.

4.0 Mediocre
Anonymous, Dec 2017
Pros:TV screens in backs of seats
Cons:Generally not a comfortable flight. Boarding took ages both ways. I’m generally not down for ‘budget’ international flights - without adding the $60 meal service each way they don’t even offer you a water, let alone a coffee. I had to ask for water in the back and they were stingy about giving it out insisting they had to go in little plastic cups, very inconvenient.
