10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool
Cons: No
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The back of the room was outdated and old, kind of noisy and someone puked in front of my car.
1.0 Poor
Pros: No maid service, no towels, no ice and no heating/air tied to thermostatic control of temps! :-(
Cons: see above. I will NEVER patronize another Best Western motel. We left a day early due to our dissatisfaction of their facilities.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: They have good rooms that are up to date. The rooms were clean and the beds were not bad to sleep on.The free breakfast was good a lot to choose from not just milk and a bagel.
Cons: I paid extra for a swimming pool and spa but they were closed so I paid extra for nothing. This location is more like a motel were the rooms are not inside a building but rather when you walk out you room door you are out side.
6.5 Good
Pros: Price as good. Service was very nice and friendly! Parking lot was a little confusing. Window was had to open and shut.
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing. Limited choices, waffle batter wasn't chilled, and the room was very small. No trays so taking it back to your room would be difficult.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast were pretty good. We noticed that our door wouldn’t lock unless we use the dead bolt lock. So the next day we told the front desk about it and they explained to us that it usually happens because of the cold. They told us to slam the door real hard and that will do the trick. On our last day, while we were having breakfast, the male host came up to my husband and told him he took off the pet fee, which was $40 to give us a discount because of the small issue. That was really nice of him, we were very grateful.
Cons: My only complaint is, when I went in the bathroom, the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned very well. I had to disinfect with alcohol because there was a slight discoloration from pee.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were in town for the Rio Frio 5K on 1/25/2020. We asked for a late check-in and were greeted warmly by the staff. The room was spotless and well appointed. We ran out of body wash and the staff addressed that issue immediately. The breakfast was delicious. The location is located near downtown and also grocery stores which is good.
Cons: I wasn't a big fan of the pillows. I would have preferred better pillows. They were a bit small and didn't provide much lift. It would be best to invest in other pillows.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - a very nice family. They also gave us a 20 percent discount card for IHOP next door and that was very nice.
Cons: Although the room was fairly clean, when i moved the nightstand to plug something in, i discovered a huge pile of toenail clippings. Also, the deadbolt did not work. The management said not to worry because the neighborhood is safe and they have cameras. But a murder on camera is still a murder. The bathroom is tiny. The shower sucks. Everything needs caulking. When we arrived at home a couple of days later, i discovered these strange welt-like bites on everyone. Lots of them. Not mosquito. I don't know what. We weren't outside much at all. I hope to God they are not bed bugs. I am taking measures to prevent them from entering my house if this is the case. But what a pain in the butt.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Pillows were not bad. The $5 blanket they put on my bed was still soft. The location was decent. They had apple juice in the morning. Ummm...yeah. That's about it.
Cons: Very small and awkward for two people to walk around. TV remote barely worked and cable service kept cutting out. Beds not comfortable. One of our towels had clearly not been laundered. I wouldnt recommend this place, I'm sorry to say.
7.1 Good
Cons: Dated. we had two rooms but at check on one had not been cleaned.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: My husband got bedbugs stings all over the body
