Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants, stores, and major roads. Some guests also noted friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, floors, and bathrooms, as well as issues with bugs and unpleasant odors. Opinions on bed comfort and service were mixed, with some positive mentions but also several criticisms. Overall, while the location and occasional staff friendliness were highlights, cleanliness and maintenance issues detracted from the experience for many guests.
