Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions, parks, and public transport. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. However, several guests noted issues with the bathrooms, such as shared facilities, small size, lack of heating, or inconvenient placement on different floors. Some also mentioned steep and narrow stairs, which may be challenging for some visitors. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
