Guests highlighted the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and friendly service, especially from the front desk staff. Many found the room layouts and amenities, such as kitchens and fireplaces, to be useful for families and longer stays. However, there were concerns about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty carpets, vents, and bathrooms, as well as issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
