Hotel is outdated. Needs a makeover. The stairs outside going up to the room is very very dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in months

Great location and price - pet friendly
The location in Athens is great, and the value for the money is superb. And best of all - this hotel is PET FRIENDLY!
Parking is a bit cramped when the hotel gets busy (like the 6 wedding weekend we witnessed).
Great Pet Friendly & Stylish Hotel
Customer service, design, layout of property.
Busload of highschool kids sports team staying beside and above me were quite rowdy, but hotel staff was able to quiet them after about an hour.
Athens, Georgia is famous for a few things: Georgia Bulldog football, music, and food. This town has everything travelers need when visiting a popular college town. The hotels here are great too. The Graduate Athens has everything that its guests need. It is historic and charming, and it is located in the Foundry Building at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is a very short walk to the University of Georgia campus and features an outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, and on-site dining.
The guest rooms here have flat-screen television, triple sheeting on the beds, WiFi, iron, cooler, coffeemaker, Malin+Goetz toiletries, and USB charging station. The on-site dining that guests can enjoy is at The Foundry and Iron Works Coffee.
Athens has quite a lot to do for guests who stay at the Graduate hotel. They can check out a show at the Georgia Theatre, Cine, Cheeky Peach, Wuxtry Records, Agora Vintage, White Tiger Gourmet, The Old Pal, and Jittery Joe’s. There is a lot of shopping in the area and guests of the hotel will get a taste of college life when they walk down the streets of the downtown Athens area.
Booking a room here can be tricky because of the peak times of the year. The staff will be able to educate guests of the hotel about the busier times of the year for them and help them to book their room early in case of any college happenings. The staff will be able to answer all of the guest's questions to make this a fantastic visit!
