Parking was $15 per night and terrible pot holes. For that sort of money please fix it
Nice location and room rates. Ive stayed a few times. Can be lengthy elevator wait times and expensive off street limited parking if you dont know where to go.
Had a faulty fire alarm go off in room early saturday morning. Hotel is old and outdated so it didnt bother me but it would not switch off for a good 10 minutes. Later staff came to inspect but basically accussed me of smoking in room and cancelled my future booking. Not nice especially as im a well travelled respecful individual. Just a grumpy Manager not willing to take any blame. Suppose he will find out when it goes off again.
good location near CBD cheap price for a double room
poor soundproof, especially with the shared bathroom we got disturbed in night. REALLY SHARP corner at bed frame, knock my knee TWICE! really need to cover it with soft cover. the bench stock isn't even hot enough to boil up water for cooking... ended up using microwave instead.
location is great near to city centre and new market
parking so hard n danger to parking, Room is to small only for a lone travel. smoke detector trigged without reason myb the system is too old and need to replace.
Great location, closed to Auckland CBD, easy to go everywhere by walking. I was staying on the 18th floor, the view was very nice from the room. The staffs were friendly and very helpful for everything you need.
