The place is sketchy and dirty on the outside. I walked into the room and never unpacked. It was so nasty I took 14 pictures and walked out. I posted them to Google review. The only funny thing, multiple people posted similar photos of the same issues. I have tried to get a refund and I have yet to see the refund.

Cons (-) This is the first bad review I have ever left in my life. The young lady at the front desk for check in was incredibly rude. I was in town as a featured performer for a comedy festival and this is the worst stay I have had in the last years I have traveled to perform. Cons (-) Gave my reservation away. Cigarette smell. Bed bugs. Dirty. Beds are full not queen. Hot water was turned off one night. Laundry machines not working.

Pros (+) I liked the look of the hotel upon arrival and the rate was reasonable for the area. I only found one more economical, but it wasn't in proximity to the area of Austin I was visiting.
Cons (-) I didn't like the noise that came from the room next to mine. Traffic in and out of the room constantly. I had to sleep with my earbuds in my ears to drown out the unpleasantness. My pillows smelled like dirty, dirty hair.i covered them with a towel. My bed looked as if it had been slept it (pressure wrinkles in the sheets).

Pros (+) There was a cart available to carry our things in.... The a/c was cold... The TV and remote worked... The room was clean and nice... I will stay there again when visiting family...location great.
