9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice easy check in as always.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was comfortable and clean, props for being able to open the window. Check in process quick.
Cons: The breakfast was not up to standard at all. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years so I guess I have a good idea of what should be offered. The staff was a bit rude, they didn't let everyone sit where they wanted to, the gentleman that took our order was mistaken twice and we had to ask for thing again and we had the impression that he was indicating what we should or should not order. Potentially it would have been easier with a buffet instead of having to order the breakfast. The quality of it wasn't great either to be completely honest. Also the checkout process was super slow, breakfasts not posted to the correct room, printer not working really a hassle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff
Cons: Cost of breakfast
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Lovely staff, good fine dining restaurant and a beautiful staircase.
Cons: What nobody says anywhere is that this hotel lies directly under the flight path for Heathrow, as large aircraft make their final approach to land. Even the double glazing doesn't keep out the noise and as the rooms are heated to 180 fan you don't want to close the windows anyway. Nor do they say anywhere that their rubbish is picked up by a bin lorry at the front of the hotel at 5.45 am, and that Nightingale Lane requires it to reverse into the car park with full claxons. Wasn't overly impressed with the welcome banner in the front doorway which shouts 'YOU WILL GET A £100 FINE IF YOU DON'T REGISTER YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY' Friendly. Lovely staff, good (expensive) restaurant, so as long as you don't want to sleep the Petersham is a peach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming staff and lovely interiors. The sunset from the bar was magnificent.
Cons: Can't think of anything
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The Location is great, We were given a room , the bathroom basin had a massive crack in the middle and the enamel had come off, rang and they changed the room .
Cons: We ordered breakfast in the morning , my son and his wife joined us for breakfast as well , my son and my self ordered full English breakfast , we both asked that we do not want any black pudding (due to blood allergy ) , both dishes came with Black pudding in the middle , while my wife was having her fruit salad half way through her starter , the waiter came and took her fruit salad and give her the cooked breakfast without asking if she had finished , we were asked if we wanted brown bread or white , we ordered brown and we had mixed , they shouldn't ask what the customer wants , just give them what they like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to T5
Cons: Zero room service despite four attempted calls. Had to go to the airport M and S for food. Coffee and tea in the room - very basic 1980s style.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: location was perfect...most staff were polite and professional...
Cons: expected room not to have any offending oder....cleanliness was subpar....room was below ground which made the experience even less pleasant...just and average stay....certainly below 5 star.....
8.0 Excellent
Pros: it was so convenient to get into the hotel from the airport. Had a private bridge from Terminal 5.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.
Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Style, comfort, and ease of access to terminal.
Cons: Everything outstanding!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to t5
Cons: You can no longer check in at hotel ba desk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness and courteous of the whole stuff. This was the real luxury. Also the rooms and breakfast was on a high level. Needing a hotel next to Terminal 5 perfect situation. For the City Centre London 1h by tube. All in all a good choice for a weekend trip.
Cons: Nothing to complain. Everything like expected.

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Location from underground.
Cons: Carpark was misleading in the advert as it said £15 per day, however everytime u try to get your car outside the car park, it c OJ unts a new day to put back in which costed me at some point £45 rather than 15.
7.7 Good
Pros: Nothing special a dry hotel in spite of long standing prior booking for a couple the following draw back we found: 1.No bathroom slippers. 2.Safe allocated for guest use in the room is not prgramable. 2.No traditional card available as in any hotel be hanged on the exteriors of the room door requesting make up the room the only available cards are breakfast menu and don't disturb. 3.soap shampoo, shower gel and coditioner only for one person. 4.No stationery at all no paper or or pencils are available as in traditon . 5.lobby has no even a set of chairs as it used to be when we stayed in the same hotel same time. 6.inspite we have honours membership and we are restaying in the same hotel in less than a year they reluctant to grant us access to the lounge in spite of our prepaid booking. 7.no one botherd to come to clean up the room till we cheked out. CONCLUSION. These types of hotels or similar in the situation I mentioned either they are running in loss or not botherd as long prepaid booking done and especially if done through an agent. Nothing I can say about anything I can remember rather not having the zeal to come back unless things memtioned are sorted out

Pros: Nice grounds
Cons: On arrival reception was not very helpful and paying for room was required then rather then being able to do so on leaving and not allowed Over phone payments with out paperwork being signed had to ask to be in main hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The dining room overlooks the river Thames. The selection of food on the buffet is perfectly acceptable for a tasty breakfast. The staff were very quick, efficient and pleasant for serving us. We liked having a swimming pool within the hotel complex. We liked the location because we could travel there by train ( a good 2 mile walk to the hotel from Twickenham) then visit Ham House and Hampton Court Palace for good winter days out. The "baggage room" also worked well. Good tv and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed local walks to Teddington lock.
Cons: Although we had prepaid with booking.com 2 weeks before the visit the hotel reception persisted in asking us to pay again. Eventually a senior receptionist was able to resolve this and checked us in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful, the facilities great and the rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. The Receptionists were helpful and friendly and the staff in the dining room were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the beverages supplied in the rooms were delicious. Looking forward to visiting you again in the future.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing, including scenery, cleanliness & peacefulness. I also appreciated the help from Jamie-Leigh, the receptionist
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa facilities and pool area was very clean. I stayed in a suite and it was a perfect size, lovely decoration and views over looking the Gardens. The Black out curtains in the room are the best as it did not let in an ounce of light. I’d love to stay again in the summer time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the place
Cons: The rooms are a bit dark
5.0 Okay
Pros: The spa is nice. Place is filled with couples, nice bar and surroundings.
Cons: Loud Club/ Shisha Bar outside our room. If you like dated Alcicia Keys and Sean Paul records booming till 1am then your in luck but found it was unwelcomed. If your in another wing of the hotel you should be fine but unfortunately we weren't. Place is nice and more than happy to spend money but feel that this place is just a little too overpriced for what it is. Stayed in much nicer and more luxurious places and the price dosnt match the standard im used to for the money. £5 for a double Expresso plus 12.5% service charge is a small example but it's not even a decent coffee. Equally I have speant alot less in other hotels and received better quality. So its knocked down for value for money and being located next to a club. Speant over £500 here with diner and drinks and a spa treatment for the Mrs in less than 24 hours think there is better value for money to be had out there... bare in mind we are in Brentford not central London.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nice facility’s
Cons: Dirty toilet, cobwebs all over the main light, raw egg for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent

(Hilton Syon - if you are ever replacing / updating - I would happily come and collect ones we had). ALL staff very welcoming and keen to please. Wonderful breakfast followed by a great bike ride round Syon and Richmond Park via Thames. Did not use Bar or Spa but would love to come back for another stay. Very highly recommended - well done team Syon Hilton.
Cons: Absolutely nothing everything was beyond our expectations.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The bed

Cons: The car park management is really unprofessional. This might be a diffenet company than the hotel, but still it affects the guests. I stayed at the hotel and registed my care at the reception, but after the stay I recevied two parking penalties for that duration of my stay. I was out of the country, and my family members who allowed me to use their car during my stay in London, had to contact me, send the scan copies of the parking tickets. Hotel staff was helpful when I contacted them, to process the cancellation. But completely unnecessary headache. If I rented a car from a company, they would have chared by credit card without having the oppertunity to cancel. So I think the hotel should really do better to make sure the car park management company provide a better service for their guests.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything in the room was so cosy
Cons: We had to take our own luggage up we had 10 bags, no bell person
9.0 Excellent
Pros: very clean and modern great restaurant For a 'London' hotel really good value
Cons: no negatives to say
7.0 Good
Pros: The restaurant down stairs and the atmosphere
6.3 Good
Pros: Location to the airport was good.
Cons: The rooms were far too hot and we were unable to sleep. The taxi the hotel ordered for us cost £15 more than the taxi we took from the airport upon our return. There was no difference in the route both taxis took. Due to it being the festive season the courtesy buses were not running regularly but there was no information on the site about this. Hence having to take a taxi. When booking the hotel we thought parking was included in the price. Again this was not the case and was not made clear upon booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, suitable for work and rest, excellent facilities, good food, the gym and pool was an extra added joy!
Cons: Would have preferred a small fridge in the room instead of a tiller.
7.9 Good
Pros: ease of checkin and out
Cons: The breakfast was cold, tasteless and very cheap quality food products, the restaurant was disappointing, the food was like school dinners

Pros: building was really nice and people were freindly

Cons: Extremely uncomfortable bed, resulting in me sleeping on the floor and very small portions of cheese for £12. After complaining they brought me back the same size portion of cheese is a different shape...
7.1 Good
Pros: The grounds, the historic building and the breakfast were great as were the staff. I had a lovely room too.
Cons: I was told on arrival that the only dinner available was their New Years Party. Not ideal. I had a drink and then retired to my room and phoned for room service about 7.30pm ...I phoned 3 times...and no reply even though I hung on for a while each time. What an awful way to spend NYE. I could have walked to reception to order but my room was quite a way away so just ate some crisps and chocolate I had with me. I had had a call in the am to ask if I was dining as only booked that day but as I was driving I hadn't listened to the voicemail until after I arrived as was from an unknown number.

Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.

Pros: This hotel is beautiful ! We ate in the Stake and Lobster restaurant, the food was brilliant!! our stakes were cooked to perfection and im very fussy how I like my stake! I did see the lobster come out and it looked lovely will definitely try the lobster next time. Its endless fry's/chips and salad so if your not full you may order more for free! Nice touch if your not full. The beds are sooooo comfy!! you also get a virtual helper Edward so if you need anything or need to book a table you can just text him and its sorted! We loved our night in this hotel it made our 17th wedding anniversary very special id definatley recommend this hotel. Just one thing they do charge a service charge in the restaurant which is the only thing that we would like to do our self and not it being taken for granted that we would leave a tip. other than that loved our stay.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the service charge in the restaurant, we Do like to tip but to OUR discretion

7.9 Good
Pros: Perfectly located for Brentford Football Club, which is 10 mins walk from the ground & train station. Frequent Trains run to Waterloo from Brentford (30 mins) and so easy access to central London. Last train back is 11:50 and so decent night out without the hassle of trying to get back to the hotel. I stayed in Camden Holiday Inn the next night and it went from £70 to £100.
Cons: Not much around the place, but didn’t expect much. OK if you want a quiet night, but don’t expect anything fancy. The cost for room, car parking and the hassles of driving through central London, plus the rail link to central London outweighed staying in the centre.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent, and most staff members were truly wonderful and helpful.
Cons: Ealing is charming and some areas are quite accessible (close to Central and Picadilly lines). This location however requires a 20+ minute bus ride to the nearest Tube station which is daunting with children.

Pros: Emailed hotel prior to arrival with enquiry and request which was promptly and efficiently replied to. Superb stay with THE MOST Comfortable pillows I have ever slept on.
Cons: Spa was very small and not well kept. Service was really poor. Cold food and rude staff
