I set a reservation and they called me as I was deplaning to tell me they didn’t have any cars and apologized that they couldn’t honor my reservation, so I had to go to Hertz and pay an exorbitant price for a 2 day rental.

Had no vehicle (pickup truck) on hand when I arrived and merely wanted to blame "corporate". Refused to upgrade me to a box truck, and told me to find a pickup rental elsewhere. Next;, when unexpectedly someone else was returning a pickup truck he raised the cost of collision damage waiver from $18 thru my reservation thru Kayak to $30 at his counter. Will never do business with them again

I like the easy pick-up. The friendly staff and the easy drop off.
I was unaware that I could use my bank card to hold the vehicle, but required a credit card to purchase. My credit card was at home so it delayed my trip by almost an hour.
