Plane delayed. Then when on board, pilot apologized due to the very warm cabin as "the auxilariary power unit isn't working." Then long delay because the baggage ground crew messed up and again according to the pilot "we apologize for the ground crew's failure to do their job properly and some baggage wasn't loaded properly." Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections.

The crew, again, was fabulous. Boarding, once the stuffy wait was over, went quickly. They attended to every request with smiles, gentle humor, and without delay. Nonstop movies were a great help on this second of two long legs, and it was really nice to have control over pausing, replaying portions, and jumping ahead past sex scenes. A 10-sec forward button like the back button would be very useful to skip nudity scenes, there were families around us! The trip was as comfortable as it could be, given close proximity of seats. Appreciated the pillows and blankets, and frequent water and drinks.

Boarding was pretty terrible - no instructions, go left, give up the water bottle we JUST BOUGHT even though it was still unopened (it had to be "sealed", still no idea what that means because the seal wasn't broken), and the waiting room was very stuffy! Seemed we should have been able to get air...? Boarding went quickly, though, thankfully. Breakfast was pretty bad, one of us just skipped it once opened because it was so unappetizing. Would have liked movie ratings to appear in the descriptions to save the risk of getting started on lame shows.

Although we were delayed a bit, the ride was smooth and we caught up some. Great service. Being a domestic flight, it was surprising that the crew kept serving water and other drinks. Since it was the last 5 .5 hours after a 8.5 hour across the Atlantic, this was much appreciated.

The flight left on time and arrived early.T

This was by far the most turbulent flight I have ever been on. Perhaps it was due to the remnants of Hurricane Ophelia, but only toward the end did the flight become smooth. I am surprised that a better flight path couldn't have been chosen.

I had a great experience from start to end of my trip. Most of the staff were pleasant and professional. Food wasn't okay and red wine on flight from Heathrow was delicious.

The red wine on the flight from Lagos was too sharp. That is the regular one served on virgin flight so was glad when I tasted the new one served on the flight from Heathrow, thinking it's been changed!

That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service

I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.

The seats are spacious. They give you great amenities such as a toothbrush, etc. The crew was very nice. The food was also superb for airplane food.

The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping.

Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience.

Everything from the check-in to the landing was great. We were well informed about what was going on with out luggage (we were on a regional flight) and the assortment of free snacks were superb! I guess I'll be a returning customer

I was expecting some form of entertainment (radio, overhead monitor, etc) on the CRJ700. But it really don't take away from the experience since T-Mobile partnered with the Wi-Fi service and I received a free hour of Wi-Fi!

Flew economy so no food. Definitely no entertainment. First world problems: Not that it's really a big deal, but I sure wish these short haul flights would start installing at least in seat video for flight tracking, news or a few games. Even just an internet connection. It's bad enough you are shoved in there like cattle in a sardine can.

Bigger plane than I was expecting. Had I known that I would have upgraded to a better seat. I was just expecting a tiny puddle jumper so this was a nice surprise. Crew were nice, offered food/drinks but I didn't want to buy any.

The plane had inseat screens but they said that licensing agreements prevented them from offering any video, games or news selections on a 2.5hr flight. The Pilot said he would turn on the in-flight navigator but it never did work, so I'm not sure what happened there. No internet connection in their fleet yet either. Clearly, this is a first world problem and I would still fly BA. But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up.

Great moives and enteratinment system. Comfy seat. attentive staff on board. Also minimal annoucements, which i love because i don't like to be disturbed in my sleep to hear about the weather.

Was stuck on plane for 3 hours before they had to cancel it due to computer issues. Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it.

Due to horrendous traffic we got to the airport after check-in but before the plane took off, but they would not let us board and would not allow us to transfer tickets for even any fee. They will not let us use our return tickets either. Is this how you do business? I'm totally disheartened and disgusted by the lack of customer service or even care.

We missed.our flight and no one would work with us to reschedule or refund even a partial refund. We missed out flight due to terrible traffic and now we are out $2500 this is terrible.

I was selected for additional screening at the gate. I have no problem with this at all. From the start I told them I am traveling with my fiancee. They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!

They tried and succeeded in making flying as enjoyable and comfortable as it can be these days in economy class. Plenty of legroom. I would absolutely fly with them again.

Business class. Great service and truly gourmet food. Departure & arrival exactly on time.... a first with JFK. Very nice present of a large box of Neuhaus chocolates upon landing.

Silly but the toiletries bag was cumbersome and contained very little. Unlike our return flight to JFK the outbound flight to BRU had very, very poor food and I'm being politr.

The entire flight, the crew was selling something and you could not pass in aisle or even use toilet for half the fight. No entertainmrnt on a flight of 4.5 hrs and this was not supposed to be a low cost flight.

Crew is awful. Disrespectful desinterested in customers find themselves very important. No service mentality whatsoever. No respectful airline would hire such arrogant self centered personalities in a service role

I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service

I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.
