Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, frequently mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Many reviews also cited misleading photos, broken or missing amenities, and poor maintenance. While some guests found the staff friendly and the location convenient for Avignon, issues with noise, lack of comfort, and minimal equipment were common. A few guests felt the price was reasonable for the location, but overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives.
